Uriel is by far the best Spanish teacher I've ever had! He's tech-savvy, always comes prepared with great materials, and gives honest, helpful feedback. He makes every class interesting and keeps me motivated to learn.
I've been learning Spanish for a long time, but I've always struggled with real-life conversations and staying motivated. With Uriel, it's completely different! His classes are engaging and practical. He makes me feel more confident about speaking Spanish and keeps me excited to improve. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been taking Spanish lessons with Uriel for about a year and a half, and I’m really happy with how much my Spanish has improved over that time. My main goal has been learning Spanish for traveling to Mexico and speaking Spanish in everyday situations.
I really appreciate that the lessons are one-on-one and that the class times are really flexible and easy to book. I also really like that the website is constantly improving and adding new ways to study Spanish between lessons, including different homework, exercises, and activities. It keeps things interesting and gives me more opportunities to practice outside of our lessons. Uriel is consistently patient and encouraging. He speaks slowly and clearly, helps a lot with pronunciation, and makes it easy to feel comfortable practicing and making mistakes.
Before my solo trip to Mexico, he helped me prepare with useful travel phrases and conversations, which made me feel much more confident doing things on my own and talking to locals.
What I appreciate most about learning with Uriel is how personalized and practical the experience is. He keeps me accountable, adapts the lessons to my goals, and makes sure I’m learning Spanish that I can actually use in real-life situations. That has made a huge difference in my progress and confidence. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants to actually use Spanish, not just study it.

I started taking classes with Uriel about 1 year ago. Since starting, my level has improved from b1 to b2. Uriel makes classes engaging by mixing current events, fun conversation topics, and grammar or vocabulary. Taking classes is fun and you forgot about learning while you are doing it! Uriel does a great job making the classes fun. Even though learning a language can be difficult, Uriel structures his class in such a way that you feel excited to go to the next lesson. I have used many Spanish tutor,s and Uriel is the only one that I stuck with.

These practice sessions along with my classes from Uriel are a great combination to learn by. I am truly enjoying learning Spanish...finally.

Uriel was our guide for our family trip to Mexico City for 3 days. Uriel was organized, knowledgeable, patient, and funny too! We visited Xochimilco, Teotihuacan, Coyoacan, and more during the 3 days. We had lots of opportunities to practice speaking Spanish. We all had a great time and hope to return again! Gracias Uriel!

My wife and I recently visited Mexico City and we took two different excursions with Uriel. One trip was to Teotihuacan and the other was to Xochimilco/Coyocan. This was her first visit to CDMX and these two days were highlights of our trip. Uriel went out of his way to ensure we had great experiences. He and I talked in Spanish and he talked with my wife in English. I highly recommend any of his excursions when visiting Mexico City.

For about a month now, I have been attending biweekly meetings with Uriel in order to improve my Spanish. I came in already knowing the basics but I have been wanting to go beyond that for years. Thankfully I stumbled upon this language school which teaches real Mexican-rooted Spanish with a good mixture of formal and informal language. In addition, he speaks slowly and clearly. Highly recommend!

I purchased an excursion package to Tepoztlán with Uriel and it was an unforgettable experience! Uriel is funny, respectful, patient, and a great teacher overall. When he picked me up in the morning, he asked me to only speak in Spanish which really gave me a boost of confidence to practice what I'd learned in class. The day trip was incredible; Tepoztlán is a beautiful mountainside town just outside of Mexico City. We got breakfast at a food market there and, with Uriel's help, I was able to order my sope and all the toppings I wanted in Spanish. Afterwards, we hiked up the hills to a beautiful Aztec pyramid, all the while talking about food, culture, and life in Mexico, all in Spanish! Uriel made me feel comfortable enough to not shy away from making mistakes (all of which he gently and patiently corrected); and he even taught me some fun Mexican slang! If you're going to visit Mexico City, I highly recommend buying an excursion package from ChidoLingo. No class or book beats learning Spanish through immersion accompanied by a great teacher like Uriel.

Llevo 3 meses tomando clases y puedo decir que me ha gustado mucho, ya que la modalidad de clases de una hora se te acomoda en cualquier momento del día. Aparte, son clases dinámicas que al final siempre sientes que estás avanzando. 100% recomendado.
