This site is a scam site - I ordered $230 of merchandise - did not receive Confirmation order number or products . My card was charged immediately. I reported to Capital one and they are disputing charged and in reporting to authorities as scam !

I placed an order for 2 shirts, I never received a confirmation email, order #, nothing. My credit card was charged right away. I did receive the shipment 15 days after the order was placed. The product was as expected, and fits well. My complaint is not with the product but with the ordering process. Whenever my credit card is charged I want to be able to see a confirmation of my order and know when it will be delivered.

A mixed experience from ChicV company…
UPDATE: ChicV offered me 25% of the cost of the four unsatisfactory items in exchange for me removing my negative review. (And they told me I could use that money to alter the items to make them suit me!!!) I appreciate that their policy is that buyer must pay for returns, but when they sent the wrong items I do not think I should have to pay for making it right. I declined their hush-money and my review will stay.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: A mixed experience from ChicV company Noracora (order HBPT00479098). I am happy with about 7 items of my order. The other 4 items are unusable for me.
1.) The site will not let me leave reviews on the items I purchased, which makes me wonder if the reviews they post are real.
2.) The dress "Crew Neck Floral-Print Short Sleeve Dresses" is not as pictured. The dress I ordered had a shirttail hem. The item that arrived had an A-line style with a straight hem. It is not what I ordered and I will never wear it.
3.) Pants "Summer Pockets Striped Casual Capri Pants", described as a summery "cotton/linen blend" are a heavy cordeuroy. They are not what I ordered and I will never wear these.
4.) T-shirt called "Holiday Floral Floral-Print Shirts & Tops" has all unfinished hems. This was not visible online. I will never wear this item.
5.) Pants called "Pockets Buttoned Elastic Waist Stylish Casual Capri Pants" are several inches smaller than indicated on the size chart. Unwearable.
The remaining items are of appropriate quality considering the inexpensive prices, but I probably will not order from this company again because it is too expensive to place an order when 1/3 of it is bad, and it is too expensive to return.

Without confirmation my end of the day tomorrow " 4/26" I'll be reversing change back to you and requesting Bank of America to put your company on a watch list as a scam.
This Cancer patient bought these items in good faith. With all the other reviews I hope thier incorrect.

I ordered from a site called…Ellanini/CHICV UK LIMITED
I ordered from a site called "Ellanini," which appears to be connected with ChicV according to my research. I ordered clothing that was not as it appeared, arrived separately weeks apart, poor quality. When I have attempted to return the items the email address for the site is fake. This site: service (AT sign) ellanini dot com also has listed this under "Terms:" ellanini.com. CHICV UK LIMITED.
It is possible these two sites are connected. Total junk clothing. I will not stop warning people about this scam via reviews, social media, and the better business bureau.

Items Look NOTHING like the website!
Received my order a month over due, you promised 5-10 days shipping. I need a refund of 27.90 for expedited shipping and to return all items that look NOTHING like your shopping site. strange material, the sizes are huge. Horrible customer service and no I’m not paying to return to China. I will send back at your expense. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I’m uploading pictures on all social media and asking Apple to ban you from the App Store and any other platform you’re using to bait and switch customers, Customs has been notified.

Nothing was the correct size
Nothing was the correct size, the packages came in weeks apart so if I wanted to protest or send anything back I'd be paying horrendous mailing fees. Awful way to do business!! Stay away from this company!

The items I ordered were not sent only things I did not order and all were to small or to large and very crappy material and workmanship!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE IT A -10 IF I COULD. Major Rip-off! I ordered $60 worth of stuff. 4 shirts and pack of rings. None of ordered fit and I got pkg about 1 mo later. Return address said San Fran CA. Looked up return policy. Said I was responsible for shipping and custom fees. Said sale and final sale items not returnable. Clothes weren’t damaged and designs were beautiful but cheaply stitched and a stretchy fabric. Their sizes are totally false. So contacted customer support after emailing them. You only have 15 days from delivery date to return. Yet each individual email says it may take 24 to 48 hrs to respond (clever so u can’t return at all!) They offered me 15% and then 25% refund on 2 shirts that were not on sale. Rings could not be refunded or returned due to COVID19. They said return shipping may be costly. I asked why if from CA. They said that address is only a distribution center. They never answered my question about why it says ChikV UK Limited on my Capitol One cc. I asked why this on my bill and was it from UK? They never answered. I went to post Offc to see what cost would be because address label they told me was from freaking China. Post office told me would be $28 plus customs fee! Of course I didn’t return it. I told them they were very deceitful not explaining return would be to China!

I, like the other disgusted reviewers, would prefer to award a zero for this company. I was lured in by the pictures and was led to believe I was dealing with an American company -- afterall they charge in American dollars. I have decided to have my bank dispute the charge. These fraudsters have to feel consequences because they are criminals. In just one example, the dress I ordered had a polka dot pattern and when the package arrived the dots were disintegrating IN THE UNOPENED PACKAGE! I wish I could give a zero. I wish I had read this before I ordered. I ordered from them weeks ago. I never got 1 email, not even a confirmation email and I am still waiting for ANYTHING to show up.
