I had to source some specific tiles when my previous supplier let us down. Got in touch with Claudia and she gave us excellent service. Sourcing the correct tile and arranging the delivery. Helped me to solve a difficult situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chic Tiles.

The service was excellent start to finish. I would never go to another store should u need tiles in the future. Compared prices between different stores and Chictiles have the best value. Customer service was great too, all my questions were answered via email within an hour! Claudia helped to ensure I get my tiles delivered ASAP, since I was on a tight schedule.

Excellent customer service from Claudia from start to finish. I stumbled across this Company on Google and at first I was a bit unsure if they were totally legit as the price they quoted for the tiles we wanted were mad (around a third the price of our local tile shop). We chatted online with Claudia and sent her photos etc to confirm we were ordering the same tile we had seen locally and she confirmed it was. Even with the delivery added in, we saved around 50% of what we were to pay. Tiles were delivered on time on a pallet truck and were of loaded straight into the garage with not one breakage (which I thought we would get with ordering over a ton of tiles). Will definitely use next time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great to use a genuinely reliable online company for a change.

Chictiles went above and beyond in helping me. The tiles I wanted had been discontinued. They (Claudia) contacted the supplier and arranged for a batch to be created for me and I'm delighted. The tiles arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I couldn't have had a better experience and would highly recommend Chictiles.

I ordered from the Netherlands, and contacted them via mail first, since I had issues with the site. They solved the issues and gave me a very fair price. I could even postpone the delivery, which was essential for me. Delivery went fine, and Claudia went the extra mile via mail to make sure everything went well. 10/10, would shop again.
