Chexsysyem is a major SCAM operation that has blocked me from opening future banks accounts after they and other credit reporting agencies compromised and sold my my data to criminals who opened accounts in my name. Then the blocked me from registering with them to protest to their negligent records. What a fukedup world we live in - thanks to ChexSysytems!.

ChexSystem seems like a sketchy way for them to grift off of bank and hold individuals hostage to use their system. I tried to open a simple checking account and was told my ChexSystem score was ZERO. I've been banking for 30 years. When I asked why my score was zero, I was told I had to make an account with them. No thanks. I'll just open a checking account at another bank that does not force you to use ChexSystem. Do banks get a kick back from these guys?

What a waste of 50 min- just trying to get a name & log in to work: WITH THE AGENT, who tried to help me! She tried so hard, but even she was baffled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... I wasted 50 min of mine. THE: At the end she asked if I was interested to buy a security program from them! I BUSTED OUT LAUGHING and said, "You Are Kidding Me, right? We can't even get this to work in 50 min!" She said, well, yes- I understand" ...poor woman from India was trying so hard really

Got turned down for a checking account..tried to sign up to find out why…website unusable. Got to the end and it erased everything…then tried again and said my email address was a problem…it was fine…finally gave up!! Extremely poor service!

Absolutely horrendous I mean they put ridiculous information in your report then make the website completely unusable. I mean you can literally create login and password and literally not work immediately after. That's why when I look at how long this company's been around and how much money is involved because we're talking about their main customers is Banks so we're talking about a multi-million dollar company that's been around for over 50 years to me this looks like they created this on purpose so you can't actually change what's on your report because it's the problem they put bad information cuz I had to literally call them I couldn't even get access to my check systems because I had applied to a bank and then the bank sent me something about the check systems I immediately call check systems and well first I try to log in online and creating account and I was a complete nightmare did not call it in and it's like they just literally just choose anybody to work for the company. And it's very very disappointing because it's so many people in the United States that can speak perfect English that will be so willing and ready to work for a US company but it's like they purposely find the least qualified people that they can find around the world that it's like they literally just say okay who can we pay $3 an hour to and that's literally who they hire and it's so crazy because this company has so much money but I guess that's a part of it too you know you pay people a very very little salary and then you know you capitalize out that very very little salary and you know that I guess that's that's that's how you actually feel well anyway long story short man I hope somebody from check systems happen to read this but y'all just have to y'all have to hire my company or something because whoever y'all hire if you are web development is insanely bad it it is like people can't like if you look at Reddit and you look at other sites even on this site right now that are complaining about it's always mentioned about how bad the website is you can literally can't even log in you can't even check your check system report I mean it's it's it's they almost make it impossible for anybody to want to use so you end up quitting and then now you got something bad sitting on your check system report for another couple years just because their system is so bad but this is how they make money it all makes sense.

For some reason I received a "low" score from chexsystems. When calling them to ask why my score was low they said it was because they didn't have enough data on me to actually calculate a score. There were no negative issues in my disclosure document. This seems like an arbitrary reason to calculate a score that is mediocre. Computer scoring is really not accurate or fair.

We run an honest and fair business with excellent client base, but we have run into a major issue with Chexsystem. What we found out is that Chexsystem is a complete WillyNilly scam organization used to wrongfully damage the reputation of honest individuals and your name can be held hostage through a paywall. All it takes is for a banker to make an 'honest mistake' or for any bank to demand fees from you. If you dispute anything at all with a bank, they damage your chexsystem score and then they blacklist your name. Have you ever wondered how you have a high credit score and excellent credit history, but keep getting denied credit? Chances are theres someone who knows you personally that works at a bank who deviously submitted a false chexsystem report. No documentation is needed to enter a bad report against you, and if you dispute it with the bank or with chex system all they do is fight to protect the bank not you. Its big business mishandling everyones reputatuon, and individuals who work at banks are using chexsystems to destroy honest reputations. Because if more people have a poor chexsystem reputation, the banks can demand higher intrest rates.... seems like one of those collusion scams, and Chexsystems is NOT a government monitored organization, its a complete Willynilly..

Seriously, in this day and age, what company sends you a pin email mail in order for you to access their system. Legitimate companies don't even do that.

this company is trash. I cant login , request email...never got one.. called they say they cant do anything about it and i will get an email.

Chex systems is a new punitive way to punish bank customers. I had a checking account in a town I moved from. It had $100 in it that I did not spend. They charged me fees until I had a -$25.00 negative balance (that's another story), then they used Chex Systems to enter a derogatory mark. When I moved to a new town, I could not open a bank account for 3 MONTHS while I had to mail a physical check to the bank, and wait months for them to 'register' the payment in their system and remove the mark from Chex POS Systems. As if the credit system wasn't enough to screw over consumers, now Chex Systems will kick them out of banking and punish them for small balances owed. This is punitive and this company should not exist, thank you.

Applying for an account with a credit union. Was told by CU there was a freeze on my account by Chex. Called Chex and was told no freeze. After 30 minutes of answering questions, was told they'd mail Consumer Statement. One week later, no statement. Called Chex again. After another 20 minutes, was told they'd mail another statement. He suggested getting ststement online. 3 attempts all with an error message saying my report can't be completed online.
In the meantime, this crap company is holding up an important loan by at least 2 weeks.
Avoid them at any cost. Unacceptable overseas customer service difficult to understand.

I tried to lift my freeze and it was horrible trying to understand how to do this. It required a pin number that I didn't have. So I had to request them to mail to me, which took about 1 1/2 weeks. The automated system is not helpful at all!!

I am trying to setup a business. I have tried to open a small business checking account at a bank and keep getting refused because ChexSystems is reporting my credit history as frozen. Today I went to a physical bank location and a banker got the same false information from ChexSystems.

I NEVER placed a freeze with ChexSystems. I did not even know about ChexSystems until I found out they were providing banks with false information on me.

I am suffering HUGE financial losses because I am unable to transact financial payments and collect payments from customers. This is only and ONLY due to ChexSystems preventing a law abiding citizen from conducting legal business by blocking their ability to conduct financial transactions.
