Aston sold me the Smart Car. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He showed me all the features of the car and, when I collected the four year old car, it looked brand new. It was sparkling both inside and out - even the engine was like new.

Purchased a Mazda MX-5 a few months ago, sales staff were helpful, no pressure, easy process.
The car developed a fault on the drive home, that was not there on the test drive.
Dealt with Ed (and others) in the service department, took the car back next day, loan car given, and they did everything they could to rectify that fault, when they could not fix it they sent it to Mazda at no cost to me, and even Mazda has it for 3 days and struggled to find the issue. Eventually they did and problem solved. I have to say that dealing with all the service team has been a pleasure every step of the way - you really do not know how good a company is until something goes wrong and it is here that they excelled. I have to say that this has been the best service experience I have had with any independent dealer, in fact better than most main dealers. I would highly recommend Chequers to anyone wanting to buy a used car.
