With poor help from gp practice now a…
With poor help from gp practice now a days I had no choice but to depend on this company. It was straight forward and easy to order. Thank goodness theirs doctors out their that are still willing to help someone in need . I was put on ventolin years ago to help with breathing then all of a sudden I was told the surgery was having cut backs on people that they thought was on meds they didn’t need me being one of them trying to see a gp is a joke .So thank you to chemist doctor for helping me i in the future will be using them again great understanding company .

Excellent at resolving problems
There was a delay in processing my order, which was not ideal and resulted in me waiting longer than expected for delivery. However once I had raised the issue the service I received was above and beyond what I would expect. Very pleased with the resolution to this and would definitely order from them again

They failed to send me delivery on time however after feedback. They refunded me, shipped the item and offered a sincere apology without me needing to chase or do any admin. 10/10 on service and really appreciated.
