I had symptoms of chest infection and…
I had symptoms of chest infection and had ordered amoxicillin. I believed this would be a 24 hour delivery and it arrived five days later. I did not deteriorate, but many people might have. I would have found it more efficient if we had been given, the option to collect the medication from a pharmacy close to our address. I had family who could collect for me. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
