This companies return policy is disgusting, it cost more to send the item back than what it actually cost to buy it. Avoid buying from them.

Sizing was way off. Item to big and long.
Quality seemed ok. Returned it as agreed ,out of my own pocket and now having to also pay custom fee.
As nice as some outfits are, not worth the return hassle if sizing isn't right. I would suggest to avoid buying if return is not included as this has cost me half the purchase price and i have nothing to show for the wasted money.

Appalling, abysmal quality.

Absolute scam. The pictures make you think it is located in London - a store that’s gone online after the pandemic. The jumpsuit is really bad quality. Paid £39.99 and it looks like something off a market stall. Really bad/misleading. The 4.8 review they show on their advertising is untrue. Very disappointing.

Clothing is extremely poor quality and not worth the money, I ordered 2 dresses and a jumpsuit, sizing is incorrect and items were too small, I have asked for a refund and to return the items, they have offered me anything from their website for a £10.95 postage fee on each item. Tbh I very much doubt anything that they sell is worth £10.95 !
This site is a complete scam the website shows good quality clothing what you receive is cheap tacky poor quality clothing.
I am in the process of asking to return Items, they state I need to pay postage and possible customs fees.
If I could give 0 stars I would, do not been falled by the untrue images on their website.
The company is in China. I will see what they reply as I have said I want to return items for refund and the sizing us incorrect.

Didn’t receive the item and when asked for refund they were adamant that they would give me 20% off then when I said no they said 40% then when I still said no after 4 weeks I am still waiting on the refund m, do not buy from this company

Please read reviews before purchasing. Absolute scam of a company. I purchased a pair of boots in January which eventually arrived 3 weeks later. I'd ordered a size 7 they were £140 reduced to £45. When the arrived not only were they probably worth £15 they were at least 3 sizes too small. I contacted their CS and asked to send photos which I duly did and they agreed to send me a new pair if I paid postage, I refused, then they'd pay the postage, I refused. I wanted a refund. They updated their size chart but claimed it was my fault for not reading the size chart fully, despite them updating the chart! I insisted on a refund but I would only get that if I paid to send it to China. After 30 emails I gave up and accepted a 30% refund. Don't touch them with a barge pole

Very poor quality and sizing.They advertise as an English company with easy returns.After numerous emailsTurns out it's from China.
The returns costs are nearly as much as the items cost

Do not order!! It is a scam! Thankfully I got a full refund from PayPal. Quality is disgusting. Nothing at all lile the products advertised. If I could give zero stars I would!

If no stars were an option that’s what I’d have chosen. This company is horrendous to deal with. Value of goods ordered £95 material poor quality and company advised that unless there was a fault didn’t warrant refund unless returned but at my own cost. To date goods cost £36 to return to Asia yet site leads customers to believe it’s Uk and then a customs cost of £11.21 so overall will be interesting to see if I get even half refunded and I had to photograph all products provide photographs of parcel tracking receipt and number and a form to be completed for inside of parcel. Very very dissatisfactory. I cannot understand why this company is allowed to operate

Do not order from this company. The products were incorrectly sized ( I did measure everything before ordering ordered it ) the quality of the fabrics were very poor quality but expensive. I tried to send them back and they send lots of emails offering a small discount but I asked for a full refund as it was their fault.
I asked them to supply the returns label as per their website but they said it was up to me to pay. It cost me £29.05 to post back !!!

This is what their refund policy says so I’m very confused.

“Return Shipping Fees If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose. If the return is caused by our error (e.g. damaged goods, wrong item sent), Chelsea Boutique will cover the return shipping cost. “ but they will not pay that ?? So this is a scam.

Company advised that my order would be delayed. I asked them to cancel order multiple times. Then they ship and say it can't be cancelled as shipped. I have to pay to return tracked to China.

Absolutely scam! The product (long boots) was nothing like it was described - cheap and nasty, fake leather that was 'folded' into packaging. The material (whatever it is) actually started to crack from being in transit so long. Sizing is completely in accurate. I tried to get a refund - policy was returns must be within 30 days. After 4 emails they finally responded offering me 20% off. I still haven't received details on where or how to return and it is now outside of the 30 days. Avoid this company - they are stealing your money.

Dresses (2) arrived . Very different in size despite ordering two mediums . Quality and workmanship poor. Repackaged to return but despite best efforts , cannot get a response for the ‘mythical’ Chinese HQ where all returns must be sent ! Total scam - cannot believe I fell for it . Avoid these people !!

I also purchased 2 items on the basis the website advertised free delivery and fast and simple returns. I’ve had sent several emails but nothing - no responses and i received mail notifications that e-mails cannot be sent to their only email address . There is no other contact that i can see on website, seems so difficult as i need to return these items . From looking at these reviews i suppose I will have to return the items to China despite them claiming to be UK based !!! . That is so misleading that we the consumer have to cover shipping plus additional fees which I suspect will be very costly . There products are definitely not true to size. I am trying to obtain the return address but no reply after several attempts
I'm raging that I should had read these reviews first and i would never have gone near them. I've gone through Shopify also but they keep saying to contact the seller ....How!!!! .No customer service !!!!

Additional update:
I want to add that returning my 2 items cost €52, as the return address provided after purchase was China, not the UK as the website appearance suggests.
This information was not clearly stated at checkout. The return cost was very high compared to the order value and made the return process extremely expensive.
Customers ordering from Ireland or the EU should be aware of this before purchasing

Terrible experience. I purchased 2 items on the basis the website advertised free delivery and swift and easy returns. Extremely misleading. I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to return them. Turns out I have to return the items to china despite them claiming to be a UK based business. I have to cover shipping and additional fees which I suspect will be pricey. In order to obtain the return address I’ve also had to manage a long winded email exchange seeking agreement to return.
Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews first.

I ‘d rate company as no stars.. ordered pair of Boots they sent wrong size , complied without request to evidential pictures of their mistake which I did & got offered 20% refund & keep boots or return to Asia paying for return myself.
On reading their returns policy it states “ if the return is caused by our error e,g damaged goods , wrong item,Chelsea Boutique will cover the return shipping cost”
Have sent email with this information so we’ll see!!

The most awful company!! Ordered over 3 weeks ago, told order was on its way, to then be told will be another 2-3 weeks. E mailed to say cancel order and refund to be told to late to cancel but I can have a “20% discount on my next order”!! As if there will be one! Disgusting service. DO NOT BUY OFF THEM 😡

Horrendous. Item looked nothing like advertised but they deemed it my issue offering a full refund if I pay for it to be couriered to Asia. A total scam. Please avoid this company at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
