As the first ever Level 5 Master Practitioner in this country—having studied for six years from 2003 and invested over £40,000—I am leaving this factual review to warn prospective students about the systemic business sabotage and lack of industry value I have experienced.

Factual Proof of Website Sabotage: Gavin Jennings sent me an email explicitly claiming, "I would never sabotage you." However, the CHEK Connect directory [INDEX] proves otherwise. I am completely hidden from the homepage, while the CEO, lower-level practitioners, and faculty members are prominently displayed. If a user manually searches "UK" and "Central London", or clicks through to page 2, my profile finally appears. However, the moment a user clicks on my Level 5 Master profile, the site automatically redirects the user straight back to the front page. This intentional loop completely blocks my traffic while ensuring faculty members like Leigh Brandon and Warren Williams (who are already promoted on the main site) intercept the visibility. This technical diversion has resulted in a 2,028 ghost-click metric with zero inquiries reaching me.
Seven Attack Emails & Refusal to Resolve: When I reached out simply wanting to resolve this technical profile blockade, the institute completely refused to uphold my complaint. Instead, they hit me with seven separate attack emails threatening me with the police and attempting to wrap me in bureaucratic red tape.
Active GDPR Investigation & Hidden Communications: The institute has systematically denied my legal right to a Subject Access Request (SAR). I have legally requested all internal emails and data dating back to 2013 involving Paul Chek, Penny Crozier, Gavin Jennings, Matt Wallden, and Phil Loizides [INDEX] to expose the coordination behind my profile blocking. Because they refused to hand over this data, a formal complaint has been filed and they are under official investigation by data protection authorities.
Zero Academy Support & Disability Discrimination: When I trained to become a Master Practitioner, there was no academy and zero mentoring support; I had to study the entire complex system completely on my own. Furthermore, the institute showed a total lack of support regarding my dyslexia. Their web platforms and student systems provide absolutely zero accessibility adjustments or help for individuals with learning difficulties and disabilities. The current "in-house" mentoring system is simply a method to control students and stop them from finding independent practitioners online.
Exploitative Faculty Demands: The reason I am not listed as corporate faculty is because I refused to comply with their demand to work for FREE for five weeks with no payment. Complying with this would have taken an independent practitioner two years just to earn back the lost revenue.
Withheld Course Materials & Price Hikes: The institute has recently hiked fees up to £322 a month. Furthermore, multiple students have reported paying for multi-level courses (such as the quadrants) only to be withheld materials and provided with only a single level after paying for two.
Zero External Industry Recognition: This training holds absolutely no independent external recognition outside of their own private organization. It is completely unrecognised by UK regulatory bodies like Ofqual, commercial gyms, or medical professionals like physiotherapists and osteopaths.
The Annual License Trap: Gavin Jennings stated face-to-face that despite an estimated £32 million global value, they do not spend money on advertising practitioners. Instead, they force you to pay for an additional "license" every single year that carries zero external value, telling you to "get your own clients" while their multiple websites divert all web leads strictly to the owners.
Brand-Damaging Leadership Behaviour: The leadership’s public behaviour, including Paul Chek openly smoking tobacco and substance habits in his videos, actively degrades the brand and makes it incredibly difficult for professional practitioners to sell these high-ticket services to genuine, health-conscious clients.
Attempted Silence Bribes & Threats: I approached Gavin Jennings face-to-face over two years ago to resolve this issue. Instead of fixing the website, two faculty members threatened me with legal action if I went public with the truth, and subsequently attempted to bribe me with access to all new courses for FREE to keep me quiet.
Prospective students must look past the marketing. The fact that my library of over 100 factual videos exposing these exact technical and administrative facts remains fully online proves that the truth cannot be legally taken down
