I was almost out of hope by the time I got to Patrick and Judge, but they did such an amazing job! Not only did their team do an amazing job helping me clear title, but they kept me informed every step of the way and were very honest....never over promised and therefore over delivered on EVERY part of my loan!!!! I am thrilled and if I need help again, I will be returning to these two!

Very quick and smooth. Will was very professional and helpful.

I am so happy with the way Cheerlending handled my refinance. They were very organized and only requested documents they actually needed. Everything with the documentation went very smooth.
I was lucky to be able to work with Will Pomerich and Caprise Giddens. They guided me thru the process with ease. The whole process took about one month.
I will remember Will and Caprise for their professionalism and positive personalities. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.
I am so happy with my refinance. Cheerlending has saved me over $500 dollars a month.

We tried for two years to refinance our adjustable rate mortgage that had gone to over 4%. In a little over two weeks Justin was able to get us into a V.A. fixed rate 2% lower and $500 less a month.

I have not refinanced in 20 years, so my friend said she had a great experience with CheerLending. I gave them a call. Easy, smooth, and trouble free. Got the refinance at a great rate and it was easy to communicate with Nate and Caprice! Sending documents was simple and all questions were answered right away. Appraisal arranged super fast and done with everything within 30 days! Thanks CheerLending!

I found Claudia at Cheerelending to be very knowledgeable and helpful

Our experience with Will and Justin was great! They were very helpful and patient. They answered all of our questions promptly. We give them”100 Stars” on our review. We checked the company out on BBB before we decided to go with them. Would definitely refer Cheerlending to anyone wanting to do a refi. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They were very knowledgeable about the entire process.

After researching a bunch of refinance options, I decided to work with CheerLending, and I'm glad I did. Patrick and the team were really responsive, helpful, organized, and friendly throughout the entire process. They searched for options and reviewed them with me and made it as easy as possible to get through the application, underwriting, signing, etc. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Judge approached me with calm, pleasant, knowledgeable expertise. He answered all my questions patiently, then sent me over to Marina who led me through the process and kept me updated almost daily. She fixed any snags immediately, made sure appraiser and notary got in touch with me, and always pleasant and knowledgeable.
I am very pleased with the results! By far the quickest and easiest refi ever!

I had worked with CheerLending to re-finance my home in the past and to my surprise they reached out to me regarding submission of an additional refinance. The refinance was successful and it was a pleasure to work with two professionals ladies Kristin and Yasmin. They were very attentive to all my questions and the process went smoothly.

After been denied by several lenders,
we got in touch with CheerLending.
We experienced completely different
attitude from the vary beginning.
The key word to our experience is
"family". We were treated like family
members who needed help with refinancing.
And that made a huge difference.
Even though we still had a lot of obstacles
to overcome, CheerLending never gave up on
our application, never hesitated to go extra
mile to assist and always bent over backwards
to make sure our financial goal was achieved.
CheerLending provided us with service, that
exceeded our expectations, and we are greatly
appreciate that. Thank you CheerLending!
Amy and Andrew.

Working with Kristin and Patrick went very smooth and painless. It was a pleasure working with both of them. Patrick was excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way with my refi. I will definitely recommend Cheerlending to my friends and family.

Cheerlending made the refinance process very fast and effiicient! The agents were forthcoming and made every step very convenient! I highly recommend them!

I received a call from Kirstin informing me of the opportunity to lower my interest rate. I accepted the offer and provided the needed documents. Within days I was referred to Caprise to complete the process. Both were ladies were professional, knowledge, and efficient. My refinance went through without a hitch. Kirstin and Caprise receive high honor from me and I pray from you as well.

We recently refinanced our house with CheerLending.  They were referred to us by KRON4.  We were very impressed with Nate and Patrick's efficiency, professionalism and responsiveness.  The whole process wrapped up in about a month.  I would highly recommend them, if you are looking for a mortgage lender.
