The people are hard working and so kind. They are patient with folks and do very good work.i love this place.

I like that if you cant pay on due date you can change date, but. Wgwn you apply they dont give you money right away when you need it.

I’ve been going to this location for ten years and any time I pay off my loan Sonia calls me to let me know I can come in and borrow again. I look forward to coming into this location. The Sevierville location don't deserve a one! But it wouldn't let me comment without checking it. My wife is a recent amputee and she wanted me to make her payment and see if we have cash we can get. And ask if they can come out to the car if needed cause we have to haul a lift and wheel chair to get her into places so I made the payment and had her ID in my hand. I asked if they could go to the car and let her sign. They didn't bother with even looking up to notice her ID. I asked if they could come to the car to assist us and the lady in glasses rudely blurred out no she has to come in! So I went through the ordeal of unloading the lift and.wheel chair and took her in to get the measly $280. Whee! My wife explained that it would be nice if they were more handicap accessible and after the rude lady with glasses just rudely told me she has to come in she told my wife I could have came to the car. I was mad as a hornet! .I asked why did you just tell me no! Your associates needs some customer service training. I'm letting everyone I know how we was treated. You probably don't even read these I probably wasted my time sending the review.
So. Beware of this snotty place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a difficult case in that I had a check made out to my business that I needed to cash. Anita at Check Into Cash was absolutely heroic in making this happen for me. She truly did everything she could to make sure I left there with my situation resolved. They truly seem to care about the customer and don't make you feel like a second class citizen as some other places do. And now that I'm in the system, I can just go in and do business in a matter of minutes. Bravo!

I never had a problem with this company in the last almost 2 years I have been with them. They recently double charged me and said that it showed on their end that I received my refund. However! The amount they “show” isn’t even the correct amount they double charged me. And my bank states they have YET to give it to me as I have been telling them I also don’t see it on my online banking. I will never in my life do business with them again and highly suggest that if you don’t want double charged, don’t come here because this isn’t their first time double charging anybody. I am extreme disappointed and this money which is UNDER $50 would still help my family and I…. Never again. I had the runaround for two weeks. Fed up.

Avoid at all costs. Check Into Cash was fine but they were bought out by another company that increase the fees and does not let you refinance and also the customer service was very rude. Try any other lender but them.

Had a great experience quick and easy process money was in my account the next morning very satisfied and would recommend to anyone

Got a text on my phone showing I have a payment due in 3 days. Almost ignored it. Glad I didn't. They are saying I took out a loan on 11.24.21. Problem is, I didn't take it out. Haven't dealt with them in a couple of years. Even got a couple of phone calls the past few months asking I'd like to take out a loan. Told them no.

Was told by the young woman that answered the phone that their system has been down a couple of days. It's funny how that coincides with this issue.

But, was told she just got promoted and really didn't know how to handle it. So now I'm waiting for someone else to call with an explanation.

I tried to pay off a loan all day electronically to no avail. Went in to see Kelly at the Onalaska WI branch. Paid the loan off immediately with no difficulties. Kelly is so knowledgable, understanding, and helpful. Thank you Kelly!

I went there and the service was so bad I was going to leave. The manager came outside and wanted me to come back in. Said she was sorry for the slow service and was going to get me taken care of. After sitting there for 30 minutes she went out and smoked a cigarette, came back in and after another 15 minutes she went back out and smoke another cigarette and was talking to her boyfriend on the phone. Finally I had enough and left. Talk about such crap for service. They won’t be in business long. I went to cash express down the street from them. They had great service I was in and out and left with a lot of cash in my pocket. They had candy and excellent service!! Go to CASH EXPRESS!!!

Ms. Cherish in the Missouri check into cash is a very sweet lady ! She quick understanding and gets you what ever you need highly recommend

Caroline at the Mooresville location is a wonderful person. She is sweet,friendly & very helpful.

I actually worked at check into cash, as a manager. Which all the managers that I encountered were great! However there’s too much drama, and the employees are very much under paid. $15 hrly for a manager is a joke, the store I managed wasn’t safe, I wasn’t protected you could literally walk right behind the counter. I fell and had an accident being that my ankle was caught up in some wires which clearly shouldn’t have been there. I was told to go to the doctor which I did, and file a workers comp incident which I did. The guy that handles that was always on vacation every time we spoke. I was told my doctor visit would be taken care of, months later I get a bill for over $400 which if it’s not handled properly I will be suing. There’s no reason I should have been billed, well then again they don’t pay well so I guess that’s the reason.

Kudos to Morghan! As soon as I entered the store on West Tropicana she greeted me in the most helpful and warm way. Before I could give Morghan any information she already knew my name; very impressive. In today's time its far and in between that you have that kind of Customer Service, but she definitely has it and deserves recognition for it. Thanks check City for always taking care of your customers and a huge shout out to Morghan for putting the biggest smile on my face today! 😁
