i highly recommend these guys
i highly recommend these guys, i took on a new commercial premises to expand my business, i was a little concerned as the rates were high nearly £14,000, they really know their stuff as in all the different rebates they can use and they had it rated specifically to my business reducing my bill down to under £3,500 for the year! thats a whopping £10,500 off. Once its rateable value has been assessed it may end up under £3000!
Great people and they deal with everything for you making it stress free. Top service!

I couldn't be more grateful than I am right now.
I opened my business 6 months ago, and it's never easy to deal with heavy bills right from the start. I recently went through the Check Challenge Appeal process on three properties and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome!

Successful Outcome - Would Highly Recommend
Well although it may have taken a little time, Mike and the Check Challenge Appeal team have come up trumps!! I have a hefty rebate and my rates are reduced going forward. Really couldn't be happier with the service and I now have a large amount of money to reinvest back into our business.

Refund from council within 1 month
Check challenge appeal carried out an inspection for us in January and in less than a month we received a credit from the council for £1229. We are expecting even bigger reductions this year
