The booking process was smooth but when the payment successful confirmation email was received and told to check if info is accurate, I noticed a minor error in one of the passenger's birthday date. When I called 31297268 to seek assistance, I was told that birthday error does not matter and it will not affect ticketing. Not very comfortable with that approach.

Good online service but take a bit long to wait for online officer to respond

Wld hav preferred the same style of selecting preferred flights like what I did previously -- select forward flight first followed by the selection of thecreturn flight. This time (latest booking), I had to look at all the different combinations to find the one combination that I wanted... quite a waste of time...

I cancelled my air tickets and the airline confirm the refund was returned to cheaptickets. But the website only refunded me 1/6 of the total amount and told me the rest takes 10 weeks to refund. now half year has passed and they stopped replying my emails after chasing them for 10 times. dont trust this website and better make a booking directly with the airlines.

Made a mistake in my last name and I wasn't allowed to change for free even at an instant notice. That made me flustered and I made another flight booking and caused me to input an incorrect date (One day later!) - I will never use this website again. As a result, I changed to Agoda to make my flight booking!

surprisingly cheap tickets found

I bought my ticket from CheapTickets.sg and it was a very good promotion. The booking process was easy and smooth. Everything went well and I received my ticket quickly. Very convenient and hassle-free. Highly recommended! 👍

Tried to ask for a medical waiver for flights book thru cheap tickets for Singapore airlines. The entire back and forth communication was a waste of time. CheapTickets insisted that they have communicated with the airlines but the airlines mentioned they have not received anything of the sort.
I have other family member which managed to get the wavier easily with Singaporeairlines with the same situation and I find that CheapTickets basically didn't do anything to even try to help.

Basically the customer service is just faking it. After the flight date was over, I tried asking for a statement saying that no refund is being provided, they are telling me that the flight was taken. I don't even know what information they are getting from. Singapore airlines even sent me an email saying the flight was not taken.

The ticket sent was missing something. But after call the number, the issue solve fast.

Very good very easy

It's impossible to contact customer service. The link to service & contact returns with error regardless of browers. My tickets are changeable before departure date BUT cheaptickets website does not allow any change and without any way to contact the customer service I will incur full airfare costs (US$7500)

I recently booked a return flight ticket via cheaptickets from Singapore to Jakarta to Pangkal Pinang. Paid about SGD 300+. Later for an emergency I wanted to change my departure date from 2 Feb 26 to 31 Jan 26. I went to the platform portal & chat with an agent. He informed that I will need to for Airline Changes + admin fee + airline current price difference. It was all okay until this. The agent returned saying the change is SGD 600+. I decided to leave my return ticket and buy a new departure ticket but was told that the return ticket would be canceled if I did not use the departure ticket. I had to buy a new ticket altogether & swore not to use them again. I will be VERY careful about buying tickets next via agent portal! Stick to the trusted ones!
