Dear Maria, thank you for sharing your feedback. If you were charged an extra fee, there's a possibility that your reservation time was exceeded. May we request you to provide the name of the parking lot for us to investigate this further? Thank you!

I always park at this garage when I fly out of LAX. It is clean, wide spaces, never had a problem here. The shuttle gets you quickly to from airport. It is close enough to walk to if you don't want to wait for the shuttle after your return flight. My go to parking spot.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your valuable feedback. The additional fees are a combination of mandatory sales taxes and airport access service fees, which we cannot waive. We always aim to be transparent about our fees, but your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve. We appreciate your business and will take your feedback into serious consideration.
