We used Chattertons for our house sale and our wills - we can not fault their services both Kelly and Clare were very professional but also provided a personal touch to make us feel more comfortable. We would strongly recommend using Chattertons!

We sold our Parents property through Chattertons in early April.
We were assigned Su in the Spalding office as our Conveyancing Executive, she completed the first registration and ultimately the sale for our family.
We really appreciated Su's calm approach and experience in dealing with hurdles that sometimes affected our judgement, being able to call her and discuss the difficulties and getting them answered straight away was excellent service. It certainly staved off the worry about such an onerous task as selling our Parents house!
