It was easy for me to design my wall art which is good for someone who isnt tech savvy. Delivery was very quick.

I was just so impressed with this service. Once I figured out how to upload the photos it was really easy. I contacted customer service and received a quick reply. But the picture came super quick and beautifully framed. It’s a gift for a friend and I just can’t wait to give it so her. Brilliant all round thanks!

I ordered a photographic gift for my partner’s 60th birthday. The ordering process was really easy and, although it was a little pricey, the finished product was definitely worth it. Delivery was also very quick, and I was initially very impressed with the quality of the product.

Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. This was clearly not the fault of ChatterboxWalls, but rather the delivery team. I contacted ChatterboxWalls and they responded straight away, confirming that a replacement frame would be sent and reassuring me that it would be easy to put together.

However, I explained that I have arthritic hands and may struggle with assembling the replacement. They were incredibly understanding and, rather than simply accepting that as the only option, came straight back to me to confirm that a completely new product would be sent instead.

This is a great company with excellent customer service. From placing the initial order through to resolving the damage caused during delivery, ChatterboxWalls have been helpful, responsive and genuinely considerate of my circumstances. They went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me, and I really appreciate that.

Had to order the same product twice at a total cost of £66 because the website software doesn't display the text in the final image making it difficult to spot typos. The text is shown in a text box but I found it inserting line breaks mid sentence and inserting "and" next to &. The frame I ordered was a wedding present and I won't be buying from chatterbox ever again.
