I've learned chinese from scratch and I'm really improving.

This app has allowed me to have conversations and practice parts of the language that I haven’t been able to get reviewing simple flashcards and using textbook. The ability to have someone respond back to me makes my mind have to critically think about how I’m going to respond and even the fact that the app is able to give you reviews on mistakes that you’ve made is a quick way for me to make adjustments to be able to fix my mistakes and learn a faster rate. It only allows me to get five stars, but this would easily be a 10 out of 10 as well.

Finally a language learning app that works! Unlike apps that have you memorizing “the cat is on the table” for weeks, this one drops you straight into usable, real-world phrases from day one. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the content actually reflects how people speak!

If you are ready to get serious about learning a language, and to actually move beyond beginner level - ChatPal is great. It provided natural conversational practice with real time interaction and feedback so that you can learn truly practice and get better.

The idea of speaking the language I'm just starting to learn terrifies me. Chatpal gets me over that hurdle with patience and privacy. Plus, it gives me corrections and suggestions in a most helpful way. Overall, its a welcome doorway between lessons and real life.

I’ve loved using ChatPal the past few days - a judgement-free way for me to keep my French from becoming rusty without having the pressure of speaking to French friends! Very helpful feedback, and feels natural to use - gets rid of the high stakes I associate with practising languages, and much easier to keep myself accountable by doing a few mins every day 🌟 Also love the grammar help, always the first thing I forget when it’s been a while!

Really enjoy the app as a way to be forced to practice speaking. My husband's family noticed when I visited recently that I was more confident with my Italian in every day scenarios (that I had practiced and improved based on all the conversational feedback!!)

Chatpal is so much more productive than duolingo. I spent 1 month using Chatpal and have already seen more progress than 2 years of duolingo.
