This is a scam
This is a scam. You are trying to charge me €30 for a service I never signed up for and have never used. I am tired of receiving notifications from my bank saying that you are attempting to charge my card. I have never created an account with your service, nor have I ever used it. Stop attempting to bill me immediately and remove my payment information from your system. If these unauthorized payment attempts continue, I will report them to my bank and to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

With the information available in the review, we have not been able to locate an account or payment attempt connected to you in our system.
We would still like to investigate this. Please contact Chatex AI support directly and provide the date and amount of the attempted charge, the merchant description shown on your bank statement, and the email address or phone number receiving the notifications. Please do not share any full card or payment details publicly.
As soon as we can identify the transaction, we’ll investigate it and take the appropriate action to prevent any unauthorized billing attempts.

Great tool and it's much cheaper than the majority of AI apps and provides access to all models.
