Excellent service
Excellent service. We were looking for a straightforward chat answering service for our website and were lucky enough to find Chat Agents. We are only a small business with sometimes only 2 or 3 people in the office, and since they work 24/7 on our website, we do not lose any leads. In short, they are cheap, very handy and professional.
