Whether it’s for a special occasion or as a little treat, or even as a unique thank you to clients or employees, our freshly-made brownies and cakes are a thoughtful way to show someone you’re thinking of them.
We’re Daron and Julia Goldfinch, as a family we have been involved in the café and bakery business for over twenty years. As we’ve grown our family business, due to the popularity of our products, we have extended our range of cakes and bakes which are handmade at our bakery in Kent.
All of our tins and Hampers were designed and the original illustrations drawn by Julia, with the Dalmatian range inspired by our very own Mabel.

Delicious Blondies and brownies
We ordered the 'favourites' box of brownies and particularly enjoyed the raspberry and white chocolate Blondie. The triple chocolate brownie was also delicious with the salted caramel version in third place. We will order from Charming Bakery again!

Birthday Brownies.
I ordered these brownies for my Daughter,s birthday and on opening the box she said they smelled absolutely amazing and after trying them said they,re delicious. They arrived on the date ordered so all was good. Thank you very much.

Lovely flavours but lack of squishy centre
These brownies look amazing and are really nicely packaged. They arrived on the requested date. They taste good - excellent flavours. However for me most of them are too dry, lacking the squishy centre that is usual in a brownie.

Excellent Company
This was a birthday gift for my daughter who lives hundreds of miles away from me. Very disappointingly the delivery was not made at the given time and date, no card was left by the delivery company as stated, and we could not establish where the goods had been left, or whether another attempt at delivery was being made I contacted Charming Bakery and the response was immediate. Lucie instantly followed up the order and sorted out the delivery though by this time it was two days late, and being baked goods would have not been at their best. The company were extremely apologetic and helpful and could not have done more to rectify the situation, which they did to a more than satisfactory level. The brownies eventually arrived, my daughter was thrilled to receive her ‘birthday’ cakes, and I will certainly give Charming Bakery another try for another birthday event later this month.

Bought as a gift and the recipient was delighted with the quality of the brownies. Delivered on time and in perfect condition. Had some issues however with the submission of questions on the website and after 3 attempts and no response over several days, took some investigation work to actually find a contact number to discuss the order details. Maybe just some teething issues with the new website but something to be aware of. It would help if they included a contact telephone number on their website.

Customer service is on point. Had an issue with the bix i ordered and they sorted it out asap.
Product came in good packaging and was beatifully presented.
And family enjoyed the treats which was the main thing.
