Excellent! We dealt with Chariot estates as buyers of a property and honestly could not recommend them more. They were professional, responsive and efficient and took the initiative chasing the solicitors and vendor on both sides to do their best to push the sale through. Often this was without prompting and completely by their own initiative. We truly felt that they were "on our side" throughout the purchase and the day that we got the keys was a real triumph. Shout out to Kim, Michelle, Clare and Dave who were all equally fantastic. Thanks so much!

This was the fourth house I have bought through Chariot’s and although there were problems on the sellers end, I was kept in the loop by regular phone calls and emails with any updates that were happening.
Lovely friendly staff too. Nothing is too much trouble, highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Chariot estates for many years now so have been fortunate enough to experience buying through them, having their help with my rental properties and also selling through them as well, and I can safely say that they are fantastic at all 3.

They are an exceptionally knowledgable team and are always there to help when you need them, nothing is too much trouble for them and how they actually care is always visible.

I have had experience with many of the local agents and in my opinion their customer service tops them all so I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a top class agent in and around the Burntwood area.

Chariot Estates were extremeley helpful when it came to advertising and selling my elderly Mother's house. All of the staff at this estate agent have an approach that is both professional and friendly and the advice that they gave to us ensured a very satisfactory sale. In fact we never actually met the purchaser, because all of the viewings were handled by Chariot Estates on our behalf and this made the whole process so much easier for my Mother and for me. Based on this experience, I fully intend to use their services again when I come to sell my own property and would recommend anyone else to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Chariots is a very professional, knowledgeable and approachable company that looks after all its customers. Chariots has been the Managing Agent for my letting properties for 10 years.
