We zijn zeer tevreden over de producten, niet alleen omdat ze van goede kwaliteit zijn, maar ze zijn ook mooi en de designs zijn ook prachtig. Bilgehan heeft ons steeds geholpen en geadviseerd en wanneer we ook maar bellen is hij bereikbaar en bereidt ons te helpen. The communication was very direct and quick in response.
The only thing was, that I ordered another sample that has not arrived and I didn't know what happened to it. (But I also haven't payed for it yet, so there was not a financial loss about it, except for the money I gave to the hotel, to ship it back, in case it would arrive after my departure, but that is no big deal, since it was within Turkey. It would have just been good to see and get a picture about that type of item.)
