2 week ban not fun and after getting back was happy to see that I didn't lose anything other then not playing for 2 weeks could have been worse. Customer service was great help , though and friendly

I was not explained the loot rules untill i wrote the person in Discord and asked then how it worked and got no loot from the bosses and will not use your service again
