Bonjour à tous,
J’aurais dû lire ces avis avant de passer commande.
Commande faite le 29 mars pour un article en stock et depuis rien et on me mène en bateau depuis.
J’ai demandé le remboursement. Je l’aurais soit disant sur mon compte dans les 15 jours ouvrés (pourquoi si long ?). Je n’y crois plus.
Fuyez ! Achetez Oakley ou ekoi pour le cyclisme.

Shipping very long

I can’t judge the product quality—I ordered on February 3rd and it still hasn’t been shipped…
It’s unacceptable given the price… if you can’t handle the volume of orders, you should take on fewer.

Extremely long order preparing

Placed an order on 22nd March for new glasses with color changing lenses. Today is 14th April and the order isn't even shipped. I constantly write him and receive the same answer "sorry, anticipate to ship soon, blabla". But they charged me full price immediately though

It’s a scam beware

2 weeks have passed and I just have sent over 20 messages to them over social media and email and I know they have seen them, they have not replied to me once. I am appalled at the fact that this has turned out to be a scam and they have taken my money like this. They have been promoting themselves with all these celebrities and influencers to show they are a solid company and sadly this is not the case !!

3 semaines après ma commande j’ai…

3 semaines après ma commande j’ai toujours rien reçu et aucun numéro de livraison.
Pas de réponse depuis plus d’une semaine a mes mails.
La pire expérience d’achat en ligne jamais vécu pourtant l’argent a bien été débité des le premier jour.

Beware of SCAM! Chamelo selling products that don't exist

I ordered the product on 16th March, and it has been 25days, but still no sign of delivery!!!!??????. Everytime i asked, customer support mentioned "we are doing everything to ship your product as soon as possible" OR "getting your order ready to be shipped"
????!!!!

Empty promise every time, and no specific target date given. If there is no way to fulfill the order, not sure why the team is listing it on their store.

Unacceptable Delays, Empty Promises, and Zero Transparency

My experience with Chamelo has been nothing short of unacceptable.
I placed an order in early January (3 Jan 2026), including prescription lenses — a premium product with a premium price. Since then, over 3 months have passed, and I still have NO glasses and NO real delivery date.
Every time I contacted support, I received the same copy‑paste responses:

“Your order is in the final stage,”
“It’s being prioritized,”
“We’ll ship soon,”
“Thank you for your patience.”

In reality, nothing changed. These were empty promises, repeated week after week, without a single concrete update. No verified production status. No confirmed shipping date. No transparency at all.
For a U.S.-based company, this level of service is shocking. There was zero proactive communication and zero accountability for the ongoing delays. Not once did they provide an accurate or specific timeline — just vague excuses and reassurances that ultimately meant nothing.
When a company repeatedly fails to meet its own deadlines and cannot even state when a paid order will ship, that’s not “custom production” — that’s poor planning and worse communication.
At this point, I have completely lost trust in this brand. If you consider ordering from Chamelo, especially prescription lenses, be prepared for:

Massive delays,
Generic, unhelpful support replies,
No real timeline,
And the constant feeling that you’re being strung along.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Purchased the glasses a month ago the color is fading??? And the side pin fell out so I can not wear them!!!

Complain (updated)

I placed my order at mid Feb and my glasses haven’t arrived yet,also my tracking number . I have sent a few emails and all I get was let me to wait until mid march. Passed the date they said that it will be shipped around mid march,and no reply from them from my last email . They even ignored my ig dm .What a disaster.

Update at 17/4 , although it’s another colourway but I got my glasses. They contacted fast and gave me plenty of options to choose .

I thought the glasses would not work

I thought the glasses would not work, I sent an email and quickly received a reply advising me to charge for to hours, open and close arms. They worked like magic. I love these glasses. So cool 😎 Going to buy a pair for hubby.
