Working with Chalice has been an excellent experience for our firm. Chalice has many member benefits that can really help reduce operating costs and improve the range of services a business can provide.
The Chalice website is easy and convenient to navigate and the benefits far exceed to cost.
Very little success in making contact with potential sellers and/or merger candidates. I have spent a massive amount of time in past years on the website. Chalice buying out Succession link has certainly changed the your business model. However, the software offerings are already available through broker dealers at the same of lower price.

I do see that you have spoken with one of our Senior Accounts manager who attempted to schedule a New Member orientation with you a few times but that the available times did not align with your schedule. Our system indicates that she spoke with you on October 1, 2021, regarding your status, and is scheduled to reach back out to you on the 2nd week of January. If you would like to schedule your New Member orientation before January, please send us an email to info@successionlink.com.
During the New Member orientation, an Account Manager will review your account with you and teach you best practices on how to utilize our platform. We value all of our members (active and prospective) and we want to make sure to get you the information and resources we can to help you get value out of our platform.
