This was such a disappointing…
This was such a disappointing experience. I ordered 4 of these stools and was sent mismatched colors. So I now have unmatched stools at my dining table. I was told they changed the product but I don’t understand why they think it would be ok to send mix matched stools. They would not exchange 2 of the colors and replace it with a set to match 2 in my original order. They offered to send me 4 totally different colored stools which did not match my dining table. It makes no sense why they would offer me 4 stools in a completely different color instead of 2 that would match what I received. I would not recommend buying these as you will have no idea what you will actually receive.

Due to a production batch issue, there were slight cushion color variations, and the incorrect batch has now been fully discontinued. To make this right, we’d like to offer a replacement with a new set. Unfortunately, the dark gray color is no longer in production, but beige and light greige are available options.

All chairs were consistent and looked the same. All needed to be put together, but for the price we were ok with that. These are great replicas of C&B for a great price. Used the black touch-up pen for a few chair corners (minor). We ordered 14 chairs and they shipped from different locations and came on different days but not a huge inconvenience. We love them!
