The lady i spoke to on the phone was super helpful and efficient when inquiring about parts for a chainsaw. The actual part was slightly awkward to fit because the insulation on one of the wires was very slightly thicker than the factory part but all went together and we got the saw going.

Purchasing chains from J & J…
I have been purchasing my chains from J&J now for the past 8 years and would not deal with any other supplier. The product supplied is of a very high quality and suits my needs cutting firewood on my hobby farm.

Very friendly service and the chainsaw and accessories are very good. The plastic bar cover had a split in it and it was replaced without fuss and a cool drink holder was included.
