They lie. I paid in full for a breast augmentation and lift because it was a special offer and I was told I needed the lift. When I got to Miami I inquired about the need for the lift as I didn't want additional surgery if I didn't need it. They told me I would be ok with just the augmentation. I asked when my refund for the procedure I wasn't getting would be processes they said a few days. It's been 4 months now. Communication is through email because you can never get anyone on the phone and they keep giving me excuses about how busy and backlogged they are. At this point I am forced to go to smalls claim court to Get my refund for part of the surgery I did not receive. My advice go somewhere else unless you like being herded in and around the facility like cattle or don't pay in full.

I had contacted the Miami Florida cosmetics to talk about getting a breast augmentation set it all up made appointments. Did all what I needed to do then decided the next day that I could not do it for Work reasons I couldn’t take that much time off so I decided the next day that I was gonna cancel it. They told me that there was going to be a 30 day process thing where they would get my refund back. It has been four months and I have been paying $140 each month for something that I’m not getting they’re basically stealing my money.

I would not recommend CG Cosmetics based on my experience with their customer service and financial practices. I was informed that my refund would be processed within 30 business days. That timeframe has now passed, and despite several follow-up emails and a professional courtesy reminder, I have yet to receive my reimbursement or any response from their office.
To make matters worse, the facility charges a non-refundable $1,000 fee, yet they are unable to uphold their own stated 30-business-day refund policy. It is unfair to expect patients to honor financial agreements while the company fails to honor its own timelines and communication responsibilities.
Professionalism, transparency, and accountability are essential in any medical or cosmetic practice, especially when significant amounts of money are involved. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely lacking in communication. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the way patients are treated in the future.

This place had really put a lot of stress on me for being a senior. I got swooped into some (literally less than 3 days ago) dream of having a freshness added to my aging face and they somehow talked me into a deep plain lift with not even being done in a hospital or licensed surgical center with no after care and before I knew it they collected my 10.500k from me in a matter of minutes. I was dazzled with the excitement of having a deep plain face lift with only an inquiry of the PET lift. To good to be true? Absolutely! So I researched the heck out of it. First with Dr De Souza and I was impressed and excited so my old brain started to prepare for my journey. But then, less than 24 hours I got to thinking how could one do a deep plain face lift and not have any aftercare? And not being done at a surgical center ? I’m in my 60s and to have my husband be my caregiver was just to hilarious to think that would go over good. Then I really started digging. Over 200 terrible reviews on BBB with a rating of a F. Not to mention their own website has over 200 reviews with horrific pics of complications , dying skin ,infections and many many of no refunds when promised and even death. And this does not include the google reviews as well. Oh my! What a horror to see all these terrible reviews and being a retired business owner with a BBB rating of an A+. I’m surprised they are still in business? I guess a lot of younger people really want BBLs and big boobs, and society has made us all this way🤷‍♀️ But I am in my 60s with rods and pins that hold my neck together and pin and implants in my bilateral thumbs as well and my ortho advised against this procedure due to high infection rate. With more surgery on the table for me coming this June , (Im becoming bionic) I took my orthopedic surgeons advise and decided not to go through with the procedure. This was literally yesterday. So I contacted CG Cosmetics for a refund right away (2days after) they took my entire 10.500k. Florida has a consumer law called “the cooling off period” and has absolutely no right to keep consumers monies for 30 days and is entitled to a full refund if done with in the 72 hours. I did it in 48 hours. Also consumers are protected by services never rendered. There will be no services rendered, ever. They gave me the 30 day BS, like 100s of reviews have stated and these people still, months if even years and still no refunds. I am terrified now! Should of done more homework cause what I dug up was ludicrous on this company. Insane! And I’m a brilliant researcher spending hours on this.No sleep just reached deeper and deeper. I have no faith in this company at all! It has been literally 2 days and they have all my 10k and should not be giving me the runaround about the 30 day refund bla bla bla that I read in 100s of testimonies. Same thing with them all. So I contacted my bank and the loan department to dispute right away as waiting isn’t an option for me. I feel ashamed of myself for falling for this. I also contacted the Attorney General of Florida and the Better Business Bureau to make my claim of this mess. Being a senior has higher priorities as I was told and I intend to go all the way with this! Guns a blazing! If this doesn’t get resolved in 30 days I intend to take legal action only because of so many people are without their refunds. I was a business owner for decades and I couldn’t imagine having a BBB score of an F! What kind of company could be proud of this? I know it’s going to be a fight and I hope this reaches all of you looking into this place for cosmetic procedures. Horrifying! Please please do your research! I will update often everywhere I can and as many platforms as I can until I’m satisfied.

I personally have not had my first surgery yet, but I plan on giving updates throughout the 4 surgeries I plan on getting there. I am so shocked at what the lady said and giving them only one star. My experience so far has been excellent!!! Camilla is my contact person. She is the one that I go to for any questions, sends me forms to sign & everything I need to know & do before going to the Pre-Op appt that’s the day before the surgery. I just can’t say enough what an amazing experience I’ve had so far. Camilla is the kindest, sweetest most professional person that I’ve had to deal with in a very long time! Because of her & how much she has gone out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable about the whole process & how she’s literally gone to the surgeon that’s going to my first surgery (face, neck & upper eyelids) to get the correct information about the very specific questions about the procedures. Bc of her I am so excited about going there for my surgeries! If she was anything like what the other lady described there’s no way I would go there for my surgeries. If I’m able to update on here I will do so. I feel people should know my experience as well. I don’t feel that they deserve 1 star at all at this point! I’d give Camilla 10 stars if I could! Along with Dr. Loessin who was more than happy to answer all of my questions that Camilla didn’t know the answers to. (Bc she’s not a Dr)

The worst experience ever!
I did not get to see their doctor, but the customer service and the accounting departments are horrible!
It’s a scam, this company.

They stop responding to you as soon as you book your procedure and pay for it upfront.
I tried to cancel my procedure TWO months in advance, and they never returned my money back: not just the deposit - the full amount.
They just pretend they never received my messages and phone calls, the receptionists are rude.

They just want to rob you!
Never again.
