Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify what occurred with this order.
Your original payment was processed through PayPal, but due to an unexpected hold/restriction on our PayPal account, the funds were temporarily unavailable to us. We contacted PayPal directly to resolve the issue, and the payment was ultimately returned to you.
We also want to clarify that we did not ask you to make another payment using a different credit card. We discussed an alternative payment method, but we specifically advised you to wait until the original payment had been refunded before making any additional payment.
We understand how the situation may have caused concern, but this was a payment-processing issue related to PayPal, not an attempt to charge you twice. We worked with PayPal to have the funds returned and apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this caused.
