I had an absolutely great experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The doctors were amazing—professional, kind, and reassuring throughout my stay. I felt truly well looked after in every way. Everything ran smoothly and the care I received was exceptional. I highly recommend this hospital and wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

Beyond My Expectations

I was worried about getting veneers abroad, but Cevre Dent proved to be the best choice. The hotel was luxurious, the staff was friendly, and my medical consultant ensured I was comfortable at every step. I now have the most beautiful, natural looking smile.

I contacted Cevre Hospital in Turkey to arrange a surgery. However, I later discovered that the hospital had provided a fraudulent doctor certificate which from my understanding was sent by their marketing department. The fraudulent certificate was also later confirmed by an official source in Turkey. Upon learning that the doctor in question was not registered, I immediately requested a full refund.

The hospital initially stated that the refund had been approved, but I have yet to receive any payment. almost 2 months waiting. Additionally, I have found similar complaints from other patients in reviews of the hospital, suggesting a pattern of this behavior.

Despite acknowledging that they sent a fake certificate, the hospital still attempted to persuade me to proceed with the surgery, I have followed up multiple times over nearly two months, but I continue to receive new excuses and no resolution.

Make sure you do not use this hospital. You may lose your money. But I will be contacting the Turkey authorities with all the proves I have.

€7000 refund withheld, 4 months of "processing", no commitment to a refund date provided.

My wife was scheduled for surgery at Cevre Hospital on January 8th, but due to medical reasons, was unable to proceed. Before leaving Turkey to return back to Australia, our Cevre hospital contact, Leo Badr, assured us that her refund had been processed through hospital administration. However, four months have passed, and we have yet to receive any commitment to a date that the refund will be issued.

My wife made multiple attempts to contact the hospital:
Cevre Hospital Administration repeatedly tells her that the "relevant person" will get back to me, but after four months, we have received no response.

Sales Manager Ali Arabi has never acknowledged or responded to her inquiries.

Our sales contact, Leo Badr, has remained in touch and attempted to follow up on my behalf, but he does not have the authority to push management for a refund or even provide an estimated timeline.

My wife also reached out directly to her surgeon, Dr. Duran Cekic, but he refused to “get involved” or provide her with the contact details of the relevant person to speak with.

Despite our continued efforts, the hospital has not provided any official timeline for the refund, has not reached out to her proactively, and has shown no professionalism or good faith. At this point, I no longer believe they intend to refund her money.

I will be contacting the Turkish Consumer Protection Agency to pursue this matter. We are a loving family with four young children, I find it unacceptable that Cevre Hospital has taken €7,000 from my family without any accountability.

I strongly advise international clients to think twice before trusting Cevre hospital with their money.

I’ve noticed there are several reviews of patients in similar situations where Cevre hospital has withheld refunds. I would suggest you reach out to Ministry of Health, Republic of Turkey.

Lipo & BBL

I travelled from the UK to Cevre for abdominal lipo and a BBL. My coordinator (Mr Leo) was fantastic - he spoke English well enough, was knowledgeable and timely with his replies. Even if he didn’t know the answer, he'd go away and find out. He was also very well organised (given that he was likely dealing with multiple queries at the same time).
Once I paid them (better to pay in advance before leaving the UK to avoid foreign transaction fees, local fees when paying by CC and/or any other upsets) and booked my flights, I received comprehensive instructions on how to find the driver once I got there.
You are whisked away straight to the hospital where they start taking bloods, x-rays, ultrasound, ECG etc - i.e. getting you ready. (The timing would be different for everyone). Everything is explained to you via a translator, sometimes through Google translate as well.
The surgeon met me the day before my surgery, Dr Oguz, and explained what to expect both pre and post-surgery. His English was also very good and he was patient (!) and happy to answer all my questions.
After surgery, the nurses were extremely helpful and kind. They check on you hourly to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. I cannot express my gratitude to the many nurses who helped looked after me! Dr Oguz also checks in on you often.
The hospital is clean, modern and very comfortable - the rooms have their own bathrooms as well. (pro tip, buy an esim with unlimited data because you will be bored laying there recovering for a few days).
On my leaving day, they cleaned me up and wrapped me tighter than a sausage for journey home :-)
I am recovering well and am excited to see the full results.

Would I recommend Cevre? In a heartbeat, yes I would.

I have got my buttock silicon implant augmentation with the hospital but it was unsuccessful due to the old fashioned incision decision made by my doctor. The hospital is a nightmare from the interior atmosphere of the rooms to the poor coordination.
My coordinator was Leo Badr from Egypt which tells lies most of the time. The hospital steals the pictures of surgery results from other doctors and share to the clients as their results.
My story was really big from the unsatisfactory consultation and poor English inside the hospital which leads most of the time frustrating situations. My second coordinator was Hamza. The hospital puts money first then the human health.
After I went to the hospital they took the payment before giving me the consultation. Next day I got my consultation at the late time than I was told, the consultation was unsatisfactory due to they couldn’t show me the butt implant testers. They say they’re international hospital but they don’t have any buttock implant tester. I was disappointed and lost my trust to the hospital and asked for a refund. But the coordinator Hamza could make me convinced after arranging different consultations with different doctors.
The surgery was really aggressive, after I woke up from the anesthesia I felt like I was dying, I fainted when they tried to make me walk due to a lot of blood lost. They kept me in the hospital for a week and discharged me despite I informed them I had some troubles and concerns as the liquid from my incision coming out heavily. After the hospital discharge I visited the hospital again regarding same problem but they could convince me everything is normal without checking up anything. I did only see my doctor only once, she never came and checked me herself. My doctor was Sinam Sezer. Although the result was good the aftercare is never done properly at the hospital coz they got your money they finished the surgery now the patients’ health not important. I went back to my country and still my problem wasn’t solved, the bloody liquid was still leaking from my incision and the swelling was huge. Eventually after 5days the incision opened coz of the leakage, in the meantime I informed the case to Leo who was my first coordinator at first place but he kept me on wait. Hamza stopped answering. After all the implant exposed and had to be removed. When I asked them to remove them again Leo kept me on wait and gave none solution to the situation. Now when I try to contact to the hospital they are blocking me and the Leo is repeating same thing, look at the screen shots.

I realized the surgery was done aggressively or the anesthesia was given aggressively after my butt implants removed with a different hospital. I went under anesthesia again, right after the surgery I woke up and felt completely normal, I didn’t feel nauseous and lose any excessive blood. No matter who did the surgery all the doctors must be responsible for the patients’s health after the surgery and personally visit the patient at the hospital every day till they are discharged instead of putting their lives on the nurses’s hands. They are refusing to refund me and didn’t arrange me the removal as well. Instead they kept me on wait for weeks and days despite my case was an emergency

LIES, DECEIT AND THEFT!DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE THIS COSMETIC SURGERY COMPANY! NOT DONE WHAT WAS ASKED FOR, FAKED REPORTS AND STOLEN MONEY.

Here is our honest review.

To begin with, if MUST go with this shambles of a company. If you get Zaid through WhatsApp, request someone else! He seems great to begin with... until he has your money. His communication while in Turkey was pretty poor, taking hours to reply, even when trying to get him to arrange our taxi to the airport, almost thought we wouldn't get there, or have to pay for our own transport.

We (twin bro and i) paid for full 360 lipo, 6 pack sculpting and jplasma skin tightening on liposuction areas and face and chin. Zaid said we would get thighs done included also. The surgeon came to see us (Ali cem oktay) and said he wouldn't do jplasma on the face as he doesn't like the outcome sometimes. We told him we would need to be refunded for this as it's the main reason we chose them as they offer jplasma. He said we would be refunded for anything not done and to speak to either Hamza (the useless coordinator who was standing there like a lemon during this consultation) or Zaid who is also completely incompetent. After drawing out the 6 pack area, we made sure to confirm with the surgeon that we were getting full 360 lipo with jplasma too, which includes back, as we paid for that. He said yes. Guess what... after waking from the operation we soon realised our backs were not touched and no jplasma had been performed. We asked the surgeon again if he had done 360 lipo and jplasma, he lied and said yes again, quickly left the room and we never saw him again, surprise surprise.

The surgical medical report we got from them also confirmed that only 6pack lipo was done, no mention of jplasma either. After our complaint they sent us a REVISED FAKED report 3 weeks later stating that Hamza confirmed with us that only 6 pack lipo would be done and they added jplasma to the work carried out, which contradicts their initial report. This report was simply a lie to try and limit their refund and keep them out of trouble. Shameful!

We didn't get to see Hamza about a refund so was speaking to Zaid about it and if he can help get it sorted or pass me Hamza's contact details. He has been so utterly useless in helping and just says we will be refunded if it's appropriate but literally won't help. Hamza has ignored every form of communication. They owe us over 5000 euros. This has been going on 5 weeks now. So we are now suing them to get our money back.

The 1 star is for the nurses and drivers who were all excellent. But the rest was a shambles. Lies, deceit and theft!

Used mayckinik before who were amazing, but chose these guys as they offer jplasma... bad bad choice. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Sack the staff and get better employees.

I have contacted the Turkish minister of health and called the police to try to get my refund back. Check the other reviews I am not the only one this hospital has stolen money from do not use this place very dishonest and unprofessional

Scam

PLEASE!!! if you are planning to visit this hospital, especially for DENTAL treatment Think twice !!! It's very unhygienic the dentist are only fit for routine dentistry. Dr Mohammed knows nothing about implants etc .His room is very unfurnished, suckered don't work . DO NOT BE TOO GULLIBLE LISTENING TO THEIR CO-ODINATOR. CALL LEO! he lies about this clinic especially about the quack Dr Mohammed .

I had an eye examine and operation today. I I am very pleased with the procedure, Dr Ali Olgun was very helpfull and the Eye coordinator Sevgi helped me through this proces. Very very pleased. Prof Dr Reşit Özkanca was the reason that I choose this hospital also very helpfull.

Beware of this place and hospital.

I was going to do services with this hospital and I sent them a wire transfer for the payment in full. I have asked the consultant and the hospital to refund me for the amount due to some financial difficulties I have. To this day I am not getting any response from the consultant who was quick to ask for my money. I have written the hospital as well and explained my situation to them as well. I sent them all the information to send the money back by wire transfer. All I am
getying from this place is the cold shoulder and no response. I would advise anyone to be very careful trusting this hospital and sending money up front before your proceedure. To me this is very unprofessional and how can I trust them to do any procedures in the future either them?
This is an update on your reply to this matter being forwarded to the appropriate department. To this day I have not heard from them and I paid you via wire transfer 7500 dollars for services threw ziad and your consultant. I agree with the other previous sposts beware of ziad and this company they are fake and phone and do not answer back they only want you to send money upfront for services. To this day you have not sent my money back.

Pessima esperienza

Pessima esperienza, nulla da ridire per quanto riguarda l'hotel, il trasporto e l'agente... Ma per tutto il resto è una truffa. Ho fatto due interventi l'anno scorso a giugno con il dottor Ali Cem e mi ritrovo con bozzi abnormi, tagli storti, dolore e gonfiore nonostante siano passati 9 mesi. Le diastasi che dovrebbero essere sistemate con l'addominoplastica, ho scoperto di essere di 2 cm e l'ombelico è simile al buco del sedere del mio gatto. Per non parlare delle gambe che hanno dislivelli, bozzi ovunque. Mi hanno rovinata e dovrò spendere il doppio per sistemare lo schifo che mi hanno fatto! Quest anno avrei dovuto finire gli interventi che ovviamente ti fanno pagare subito e sia a causa di un tumore al seno tolto a dicembre che per l'orrore che mi hanno lasciato non ho più fatto, coprendo le spese per finire i denti. Dovevano farmi un rimborso di 500 euro ma ancora nulla. Cancellano le recensioni e non leggono la e-mail. Il mio agente ormai arreso se ne lava le mani. Non rispondono e si prendono gioco delle persone. Per quanto riguarda i denti farò una seconda recensione.

The situation:
Below is my email to Cevre Hospital. I am waiting for a response. They owe me over 10k. The management, operations and professionalism of this hospital is of low standards. Save yourself the stress and heartache. It's not with it.

"To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally request the refund of my payment for the surgery and dental treatment that were scheduled from January 8th, 2025 but did not proceed due to issues with your hospital’s processes.

Despite my patience and multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund for services that was not provided. This situation has been deeply disappointing, and I am extremely concerned about the lack of resolution.

I kindly request that my refund be processed immediately. It is both unfair and unethical for a hospital to withhold funds for treatments that were not performed. I trust that you will act with integrity and professionalism in resolving this matter.

Please confirm the status of my refund."

An Update.

Update.
I've now received a response from
Zaid on behalf of the hospital. He telephoned me and promised a full refund among other things. I asked him to email me with all the details in.
I received an email which was vastly different from his telephone call. He offered a flight, The return of my money which I paid for a procedure I did not receive. Last of all a free examination.
Nothing concerning damages or the dental work I paid for which they couldn't complete. I responded highlighting his telephone offers. Zaid response was to get me to remove my feedback on all platforms because he sent an email.
Again I declined and asked for a full refund of my money they hold and for dental work I didn't receive. Zaid response was I would not receive my money unless I returned to Turkey. This is called Theft and Blackmail.
I've set up several Web sites to post the whole story and with copies of documents, messages, recordings and photos. For the world to see this is the last hospital in Turkey you would want to visit.
The Hospitals feedback is false and is posted by Dr Resit who visits your hospital room before discharge.

Absolutely no response from any department connected with this Hospital.
They have stolen money paid to them for procedures I did not receive. Also taken my money for Dental work they could not complete. Extremely serious indeed. Turkish Ministry of Health now involved who have requested all paperwork and correspondence. I've also managed to have one Turkish news channel interested in my story. I also need to report it as Theft with Turkish Police. Currently waiting upon detail from a Turkish Minister.
Any normal company would have tried to address a problem not ignoring it.
Please consider another Hospital because if you have a problem it will never be addressed. A Web site dedicated to this Hospital with copies of all the paperwork, correspondence and photo/video will be live within the next few days. This allows you to read everything before entering into any agreement with this Hospital.

Not forgetting, since Chanez was fired and I still had veneers to undergo, I was assigned a new coordinator named Zaid. Honestly, he wasn’t any good. You’d think the clinic or Chanez would have briefed him on my situation, but that wasn’t the case. My messages to him were responded to hours later, as if he were tens of time zones away. I didn’t receive any information about the veneer process either—not the time, not the location, nothing! I even skipped breakfast the next morning just in case I wasn’t supposed to and wasn’t informed about it. Since Zaid’s responses were neither clear nor timely, I decided to return to the clinic to seek the necessary information. Needless to say, I felt completely uncertain about everything. I knew I didn’t want to proceed with the veneers, and since I hadn’t made a deposit, I didn’t care to continue. Every aspect of this trip exacerbated my frustration, which wasn’t ideal for the healing process.

Now back to that crappy motel, I had to beg for towels because apparently, the room wasn’t adequately serviced before my arrival. Can you imagine that the only available towels were the size of floor mats? The beddings were stained with blood, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that they served the same food every day—which is why I’m glad that Chanez made that mistake. I ended up spending the remaining nights at the Renaissance Hotel.

However, not every apple on that tree was rotten. There are a few souls who I can’t thank enough for their kindness, generosity, and sincerity. A huge shoutout to Hiba and Tasneem! Describing you two as deserving of better is an understatement. You are the only two people anyone who unfortunately ends up there can trust.

If you take anything from this review, let it be this: YOU ARE ONLY A COMMISSION TO THESE GREEDY PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, THE TIME, AND THE PEACE OF MIND. YOU HONESTLY DO NOT NEED TO PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS NASTY ORDEAL. NOT YOU, NOT ANYONE…NOT NOW, AND CERTAINLY NOT EVER.
