Avoid this company at all costs!

I placed a £3,000 order for their “Premium Cladding in colour SILVER,” which is shown on their website as a beige/cream shade. To be sure, I even ordered a sample beforehand, and it matched perfectly—so we went ahead with the full order.

Once installed, I was thrilled. The cladding was exactly the colour I wanted, and we even painted our fence and bought garden accessories to match. But within just a few months, the colour had faded drastically—from beige to a dull blue-grey. This was the exact opposite of what we wanted. If we’d wanted grey cladding, we would have bought it.

When I contacted the company, I initially received no response. After months of chasing, they finally replied, brushing it off with “some degree of fading is normal.” Since then, they have completely ignored my emails—even when I referenced the warranty on their own website, which claims the colour should last 10–15 years. Ours lasted three months.

There has been zero accountability or customer support. We are now pursuing legal action because we feel we’ve been misled and scammed. I understand minor fading is normal, but a complete colour change is unacceptable.

Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment—buy your cladding elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we're sorry to hear that you're disappointed, we do appreciate the feedback.

Our Premium composite Cladding is manufactured using a blend of wood and recycled plastic, and is made from 100% recycled materials. As noted on our website, this composition can lead to some colour fading in areas exposed to sunlight, particularly during the initial few months as the boards naturally settle. This is a normal and expected with decking products that include timber. Due to this material, expansion and contraction is also a possibility as the temperature fluctuates.

Good product and good delivery

Brilliant product I ordered and delivery in 2 days, driver unloaded and carried everything with us to the garden, super helpful, easy to use and I enjoyed fitting it, not difficult I brought the wall cladding in black for my garden room looks great

Very impressed with customer care I ordered two identical orders and CETA contacted me to confirm that I’d meant to duplicate the order and it wasn’t an error on my part . Great customer service guys 👌
