Fast customer service
I needed a reprint of my certificate because it was lost in the mail. Jestine promptly replied to my email within the hour and issued a reprint of the certificate. I got the new certificate in less than a week.

I wish I could give them a ZERO…..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. You can call them a THOUSAND times after you take the 6 hour course and they ALL LIE and never send your certificates
