The watches were ok but they all arrived with dead batteries. I had to replace the batteries in all watches and they were gifts for family and friends. They should test all the watches before shipping.

Buyer never contacted us stating there was an issue. Buyer never sent watch back for refund either.

Not an authorized Kate Spade reseller so you get zero warranty and store will not back product. Do not trust these guys.

You were a 3rd party reseller on walmart.com, I had no idea you were in the 'grey market'. Shame on Walmart too for allowing your shady company to sell on their site. All you had to do was say item is backed by return period, no additional warranty. How hard is that to be fully transparent instead of failing to disclose and then TRYING to defend your poor choices on sites like this. 6% off retail is not enough to even trigger the thought of your store being some type of "grey" market or liquidation company. I would ask you to do the right thing and update your listing on walmart.com, but it appears you're no longer have any listings on walmart.com. For the people of the Internet's benefit are your watches warranty backed by the manufacturer or does Certified Watch Store take care of all the warranty work?

We never claimed to be an authorized dealer. If we were buyer would have paid full retail. Buyer never checked before buying. No one in the 'grey' market states this on their sites as it is common knowledge along with if you are not paying full retail you are not buying from an authorized dealer. No one deceived you. You never asked. We only offer a warranty on the watches we sell.

I tried purchasing a watch at certifiedwatchstore.com and they accused me of fraud.
I tried purchasing a watch at certifiedwatchstore.com for a 5 year anniversary gift. This item is rare, and I could not find this model anywhere else. My transaction was declined. I kept trying for 5 days asking customer service for help and talking with my bank. After confirming my billing information and checking with my bank that there were no security blocks, I still could not make the purchase. Customer service was impersonal, would not work with me to figure out how to correct the situation, and then after seeing the many many attempts I had made over 5 days to purchase, they said I was a fraud attempt, and told me to stop contacting them!! I am very very sad that I won't be able to purchase this anniversary gift. This was by far the worst shopping experience I've had in my life.

Shopper was not able to make purchase as the multiple credit cards they tried to use were all declined. All were flagged as possible fraud. They could not be processed and we stated this to the 'buyer'.

Solid meh. Sunglasses arrived in mailers, so boxes crushed. Sunglasses appeared tried on. Probably wouldn't order from this vendor again.

Grest products but several missing tags
Great products but unfortunately some items don't come with tags, meaning it leaves the impression they were either used or ripped off by someone so to me that's very unfortunate as I bought many items for gifts to be shipped which I won't be able to in that condition because I can't prove them to be the items on the receipts.
