Great experience. Fast, accurate high-quality translation with detailed translator notes.

The only thing that was a bit weird is how the notes insisted on some translation choices being the customer's (things like how names or addresses should be spelt, especially when it comes to special characters that may not exist in English). I don't mind as I am not trying to hide any instructions I would give but to be fair, it kind of sounds like the translator wants to dissociate themselves from those translation choices, which is not helpful when you need a certified translation for official purposes. I only gave some special character indications because when placing the order, the website itself instructed me to do so and said it might cause delays and added fees if I don't specify how I want names, addresses, places and dates to be translated into English, with an example of 'María' being translated into English as 'Maria'. I felt like in my case, the translation of content from French to English was already straightforward but just gave some examples because I was requested to do so. If I was confident the translator could make those translation choices themselves with a good result in correct English, then I would not have given any indication and would have been happy with the result. I think it would have still been the same result and would not have resulted in a certified translation with notes basically saying 'Look! This is how the customer wanted me to translate things!'

Another note on something that could be improved: it was a bit stressful to get a note in the email with my completed translation saying 'Need a change? Message your translator or request a revision on your secure order page. Your order includes 2 free revisions.' In my case, I was lucky to get high-quality translation with almost nothing that I felt would need revision, however, what do you mean only 2 free revisions? If the translator made mistakes, if there were inaccuracies or poor translation choices, then it is your duty to amend it as many times as needed until the customer gets a correct translation, which is what they paid for. You cannot monetise your translator's mistakes! This sounds like poor customer service and not the way things should be done from my past experience with other translation agencies. There should not be a limit on how many revisions you get in order to get a correct decent quality translation.

Sorry for the lengthy bits of criticism! I'm still giving it a 5-star review because my overall experience in this occasion was great, I'm really happy with the translations, would definitely recommend and use again myself if I needed certified translations in the future. Those 2 points are just details I admit, but I am a person with high standards! I felt like those details could have led to a very bad experience if things had been a bit different so wanted to suggest areas of improvement.

Your explanation and you taking action to make things clearer in future sounds like great customer service so thank you for that. On revisions, I do translation myself and I have had poor experiences with other translation agencies in the past when I had to request tons of edits after receiving the first draft (all grouped up in one request of course). I know the fine line between wording preferences and inaccuracies is not a clear-cut one. However, if you are happy to amend a translated document with as many 'wording preferences' as the customer wants, as long as they are bundled together in 1 or 2 requests only, then that sounds perfect to me! Given that you are striving to improve even on details, I can only confirm you totally deserve this 5-star review and praise you for enhancing the experience of all customers.

I had my academic documents translated. I was a bit worried since it was literally the cheapest website I could find, but I received both documents in less than 24 hours with all the characteristics I needed. There was only one mistranslated word, but I used one of my free revisions and they sent me the updated version within another day. My university accepted it and I had no issues.

I received my translated documents (employment references) very quickly. The service was reliable, fast and offered great value for money. There were a few minor issues with some job-specific terminology and standard professional wording, but these were corrected promptly after I pointed them out. The revisions were handled quickly and without any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. I would just recommend reading the final translation carefully, especially if your documents contain industry-specific terminology, as there may be some minor inaccuracies.

I am very disappointed with the service provided. Their website explicitly claims a 24-hour turnaround for translations, but this was not my experience at all.

When I finally received the document, it contained several critical errors involving names and locations. These were not minor typos; the information provided did not match official identification, making the "certified" translation completely useless for legal purposes.

I sent a follow-up email several days ago to have these errors corrected, but I have been met with total silence. There is no customer support response, and the lack of communication is unacceptable given how sensitive these documents are for visa and legal applications. I am still waiting for a resolution. Save your money and use a company that actually respects its own deadlines and provides accurate work.
