I gave plenty of time for them to respond to my emails regarding the COAs not being legit. I looked them up unfortunately after I received the items. They never responded to me. Based on lying about COAs I wouldn't do business with them if I were you.
Omg! I have ordered from certified peptides for the last month or so. I was about to reorder when I saw online that they had a JULY 2026 sale and code for 30% off. I tried putting in the code-to no avail. It was clear that they were having a special as it asked you for the code and everytime i clicked the supposid code-it didn't accept it. In my frustration, I called and asked the representative "Monica" why the code was not being accepted and she said to me the special ended last night. I said the code said JULY 2026 that seems like a total misrepresentation and false advertizing. She was extremely rude and said she woud have the owner call me. Well, "Jason the owner called and I swear on my grandson's life he was beyond angry, aggressive and downright offensive as the curse words were flying. I said omg! this in insane. You're the owner of a company, how can you be so out of control. I was so shocked and taken aback. He said --Don't ever fu..king order from me again! I said I've never ever been cursed out lije this and hes risking me warning the public ,leaving a review. He actually screamed at me "Make sure you spell my name right!! J-A-S-O-N!! Please public! Please do not support this kind of bullying, misogynist-like vulgar spewing out-of-control behavior. There are so many peptide companies-please don't support this kind of company. God bless!
The labels were absolutely disgraceful—crooked, poorly cut, and peeling off. They looked like they came from a backyard operation, not from a company selling research peptides. In an industry where trust is everything, a COA is only as valuable as the credibility of the company behind it.
When I complained, their response—typical of an amateur operation—was that only the labels were defective, not the peptides. Seriously, how is any customer supposed to believe that?
That completely destroyed my confidence in Certified Peptides. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to think twice before placing an order.
Was sent my product melted from heat exposure. Jason would only refund half of what I paid even though I paid for shipping insurance. Don't believe what they say about the heat doesn't effect the product cause it ruined mine. Do your own reaserch.
Top notch service and my experience has always been excellent. The company communicates well.
