Сервис заканчивается сразу после оплаты. Ожидать приема по 4 часа здесь — норма, отношение наплевательское. В итоге "лечения" получила кучу проблем: испорченный прикус, верх сделан криво — завален горизонт. Сбоку сверху торчит голый металл импланта/абатмента, постоянный дискомфорт во рту.
​Из 6 установленных на верхней челюсти имплантов один в итоге оказался "спящим", так как его установили абсолютно неправильно и не смогли задействовать в протезировании! Деньги на ветер, здоровье испорчено. Другие стоматологи в шоке от этой "работы".
​При этом в клинике буквально заставляют писать положительные отзывы и позировать перед камерой, чтобы создавать иллюзию успеха. Худший опыт в моей жизни, не советую никому!

Я очень разочарован своим опытом лечения в Cerrahi Grup Kartal Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği как иностранный пациент.

В моём плане лечения были чётко указаны 2 импланта Straumann. Однако после завершения лечения я обнаружил, что вместо них были установлены импланты Neodent.

До проведения процедуры меня ни разу не проинформировали об этом изменении, не запросили моего согласия и не предложили никакой корректировки стоимости или возврата средств за использование другого бренда имплантов, отличного от указанного в плане лечения.

Как пациент, приехавший из-за границы, я полагался на письменное предложение по лечению при принятии решения и оплате. Я считаю, что пациенты должны получать именно то лечение, на которое они согласились, или, по крайней мере, быть заранее уведомлены о любых изменениях и иметь возможность принять их или отказаться.

Кроме того, коронка, установленная на одном из верхних имплантов, начала шататься. Я обращался в клинику по поводу этой проблемы и просил предоставить помощь, однако не получил никакой реальной реакции или решения данного вопроса.

Я неоднократно обращался в клинику с просьбой предоставить объяснение, исправленный счёт и справедливое предложение по возврату части средств в связи с заменой бренда имплантов, однако этот вопрос до сих пор остаётся нерешённым.

Я рекомендую будущим пациентам внимательно проверять все документы, связанные с лечением, сверять информацию в имплантационных паспортах, которые они получают после лечения, и убеждаться, что установленные импланты соответствуют бренду, указанному в плане лечения.

Extremely disappointing experience.
My 76-year-old mother received a prosthetic treatment at this clinic, and the prosthesis broke only two months after the procedure. For a medical device that cost a significant amount of money, this is completely unacceptable.
After the problem occurred, the clinic failed to provide proper assistance, responsibility, or clear explanations. Instead of support, we experienced poor communication and a lack of concern regarding the issue.
We are deeply disappointed with both the quality of treatment and the attitude toward patients, especially elderly international patients.
I do not recommend this clinic. Please be very careful before choosing this medical facility.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of services at this clinic. Shortly after the dental bridge was installed, serious problems appeared — discomfort, improper fit, and a noticeable gap between the implants in the front part of my lower jaw.

Within a week after the procedure, I returned to the clinic to report these issues. Despite this, no real action was taken. Moreover, I had to travel again from Norway at my own expense just to show a problem that arose due to the clinic’s work.

I would also like to highlight the staff’s attitude. A woman who presented herself as the clinic manager (or in a managerial role) behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner. At one point, I was essentially sent away from the clinic with a broken bridge, left without proper help or resolution. The translators assisting patients were also unprofessional and made no effort to help resolve the situation.

At the same time, I cannot say anything negative about the implantologist who placed the implants — as far as I understand, the implants themselves are currently in good condition.

What is especially concerning is how the clinic handled the broken bridge. Instead of properly removing the remaining parts and fixing the issue, they suggested simply gluing the broken bridge back and leaving it in that condition. I consider this unacceptable and unsafe.

Furthermore, instead of correcting their own poor-quality work, the clinic is demanding additional payment from me. They also asked me to sign documents stating that I would take full responsibility for any damage that might occur during the removal of the structure, which is completely inappropriate.

Additionally, they refuse to provide a written refusal to fix the issue, which appears to be an attempt to avoid responsibility.

I consider this treatment a violation of patient rights and a lack of professional ethics. I do not recommend this clinic.

I came to Surgery Group for implants and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, the doctors were patient and caring, and they always checked how I was feeling. Everything was well organized and I felt safe throughout the process. The treatment was great value compared to what I was quoted elsewhere, and my new smile looks amazing. Thank you to everyone involved!

Здравствуйте. С этой клиникой у нам одни проблемы. 14.02.2025 были у них что бы закончить 2 этап установки имплантов. Все обещанные сроки были задержаны - всё делалось неаккуратно и с спешкой. Примерка челюстей была за день до вылета 😱мы ругались , настаивали всегда что бы всё делали по времени,челюсти не подходили - пилили стачивали что то пытались сделать - как то сделали и отправили домой. От того что не правильно сделали нижняя челюсть сломалась - и сейчас никто не берёт трубки и не отвечает на смс.Ровач говорит что уволился а как сейчас у кого этот номер что бы с ними связаться. Ужасно 🤬

First of all, I contacted this group for my Future dental work. they have very pleasant to deal with and everything has been explained to me to the smallest detail Which made my decision a lot easier to go with this company. I have noticed one bad review on here which I think is very unfair. This person has reached out to her family to post negative reviews, I think that is very unethical and just shows the character of this person. After reading all of the reviews I came to the conclusion that there is a lot more that meets the eye, and will definitely not hinder my decision on going with this marvelous company! I will follow up this review after my first treatment, I leave on March 22 and I return on the 29th.

I was incredibly impressed with the personalized care at Surgery Group Dental Clinic. The hotel and transfer service made my dental journey stress-free, and the implant procedure was a breeze. My new smile is absolutely stunning!

Hi Guys,
I would just like to update you all who have seen my review on here and contacted me about this clinic (who have denied me having treatment there, as you can see in my other reviews, their reply/comment!).

So this morning I received an Email from Trustpilot, Thanking me for reviewing Cerrahidis.com (Surgery Group) on Trustpilot, but the clinic have contacted them and flagged my review for containing harmful or illegal content. Therefore, they needed to temporarily hide my review whilst they investigate.
I totally understand Trustpilot having to do this as they want everyone to feel welcome on their site and they also have to make sure that reviews dont include hate speech, discrimination, threats or violence. So I was informed that, after the Content Integrity Team at Trustpilot have assessed my review they will let me know the outcome, and if my review goes against their guidelines it will be removed from here.
So I just want to let you ALL know that Trustpilot assessed my review for the reason it was flagged and Guess what??? Ive done nothing wrong!!!
My review is within their guidelines, therefor they have put it back on.
So again guys, I just want you all to know that this clinic is still trying to do everything in their power for my review to be taken off, when I have done nothing wrong, only spoke the truth about what I have been through at this clinic.

Ich war vor der Behandlung sehr ängstlich, aber mein Arzt hat mich sehr beruhigt, und die Behandlung war überhaupt nicht schmerzhaft. Auch der Komfort des Hotels und der Empfang am Flughafen gaben mir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein.

I came to them through a recommendation, from the first contact with Rovach I must say that everything has been fulfilled as we established, despite the uncertainty and fear that these processes entail.I received a closed quote and it has been 100% fulfilled. Today I have the perfect smile that I had wanted so much. Excellent dental clinic, involved in making everything comfortable and safe for you. These guys are extremely professional had done my completely mouth full treatment up and down both jaws full care got implants and crowns 2 years already no any problem feel like original teeth
