I purchased bras from ceremonyk.com. When they prepared the shipping label, they used on incorrect address. This was confirmed by the USPO that the package was not addressed to my home. Ceremonyk refuses to acknowledge their mistake and so far has refused to either refund my money, or replace the items that were mis-shipped.
Cheap and nasty bras that come from China. Sizing is way too small. Do not be fooled. These guys advertise under various names for a very short time then change their name having made mega bucks on poor quality items that people cannot return.
Total rip off ordered an air essentials jumpsuit waited nearly a month for delivery it arrived sizing way off far too small it does state on there website that you have 14 days to return!! Response from customer service was appalling they suggested that I give it to someone that it would maybe fit !!! then reminded me that I would have to pay shipping fees to return it to them none of this is stated in there returns policy do not order from this company!!!!!
I ordered a pair of sandals in January but to this date I have not received them. I sent many emails both to Ceremonyn and the shipping company but kept being told to be patient. My patience finally ran out and I had to put a dispute through to my payment Bank which finally resulted in a refund. Not a Company I would want to deal with again.
Similarly to other reviews on this site, this company have zero customer service capabilities. I purchased a pair of blue sports shoes and they arrived but in a completely different shade to what was on their website and they were awful. I asked to return them and get a pre-paid returns label as there was nothing in the package and there was clearly no chance they were going to do that. A decent company would have information to explain how to return unwanted goods. They insisted they sent the right product and said it would cost me a lot to return them (as they were not going to pay) and said keep the shoes and we will give you £2. I've no interest in taking that pathetic offer and I have a pair of shoes that won't be worn. They need to make sure their website imagery reflects what they are selling as other customers are going to face similar problems. I certainly won't give them any more business.
I dont want to put any stars, following my ongoing experience with Ceremonyn, shocking customer service, I recently ordered a camel coloured 3/4 coat, looked great on the website, very smart cost £27 and free postage. I ordered not realising item was coming from China, what I received bore no relation to the 'coat' I ordered, I received an extremely cheap piece of fleece, badly made and faulty with a split seam. I immediately contacted the company and have been given the run around for two weeks sending emails back & forth, they offered to refund me £8, or I can return the item but have to pay freight charges! (Its so flimsy I could probably put a first class stamp on it!!)
It is shocking that they can be allowed to advertise what looks like a totally different product. I fully intend to contact Trading Standards for their misleading advertising if I dont get this resolved.
They even blocked me sending further emails, so had to email the company again via another route.
Appalling customer service and complete misrepresentation of what are very poor quality products, they need to be shut down.
Dreadful product! I ordered a coat £34. What arrived was a piece of cheap fleece/felt in a sort of cardigan shape! Looks and fits awful! It can’t be worn. I contacted them to ask for a refund they offered me $7
Don’t buy anything from this company!
If I was able to leave *0 Stars* I would. Ordered 2 “Coats” Grey & black…but only received what is no more than than a cheap replica just stitched into the shape using a very thin fleece/sweatshirt material, no lining & definitely not a coat, jacket or even a sweatshirt type garment. I contacted them & they asked for photos….response was: Thanks for your kind cooperation.
As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
