I booked our flights to the US with century travel. We had the most amazing time. And I needed assistance during our stay with extra luggage which the office helped and made our return more pleasant

We went on Marella Discovery 2, one week cruise to Greek Islands. Ship was great, lovely cabin, good entertainment, delicious and plentiful food, wide range of activities on board. Every member of the crew was helpful, friendly, professional - special mention to Eric, Rai & Gidi for keeping our cabin spotless - nothing was too much. Century Travel kept us informed at every step and were helpful when we called for clarification on some points. Would highly recommend this cruise (our first but I hope not our last) and will definitely use Century Travel in the future.

The organization of the cruise line Marella Limassol was very efficient.
The crew on the Marella Discovery 2 was sublime! Their service was, at any place/level, beyond expectation: very friendly, very efficient, well organized, good teamwork, helpful, always with a smile.
At our table in restaurant 47, their was the brilliant serving team of Benjie, Moh Moh and Ben; in our cabin-corridor there was the super caring team of Allan, Shurdab and Bangga. we couldn't have wished for more so client friendly service!
Their 'being there for us', the wonderful care of all the other crew members, the food, the organization and presentation of all the activities, the artists, the so professional theatre shows, it all made our stay on board unforgettable.

Excellent service at all times. Always friendly, helpful approach ensuring our actual requirements are met.

Have booked holidays three times and planning on a fourth for next year. Get a warm welcome in the office and timely responses to emails. All holidays were exactly what they were sold to us as, no surprises or disappointments. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Centuary Travel.

Helpful travel suggestions and a great deal.

Dancing with professional dancers Ryan. Made it great. Food was cold and so all the rooms for entertainment. Try to book cruise only because there was 150 off plus other things but only for package deals, not fair. Need excursions to be cheaper. Been to a place once need to travel somewhere

Everything you expect from tui, just a pity two of the excursions were cancelled, and an island changed. Staff could not have been more helpful

Only negative comment was being required to pay our deposit to an individuals bank account and not a Century Travel account whch wasn't very professional

Disliked how cold it was in most of the entertainment/bar areas. Disliked the huge queues on occasion the get into the 47 waiter service restaurant. Disliked Izmir because it was dirty and busy and particularly disliked Alanya where it was really expensive and we felt we were getting ripped off all the time. Loved the cabin team and the cleanliness of the ship. Loved that there was plenty to do on board.Liked there was plenty of places to eat on board. The holiday felt like Butlins on the sea.

Everything on board was very good, the staff at restaurant 47 were excellent, particularly Yuri, Pradeep and Raven, all very attentive 10/10. Also Ben at the bar.
Was a little disappointed were unable to visit Kos, was one of the main reasons for choosing this trip.

Minor disappointment was lack of public toilets,

Having visited the offices and spoken to one of their representatives, we asked whether insurance was compulsory on the cruise we were considering. We were categorically told no. Later in the conversation we asked again and were told if we were sailing from the UK it would be mandatory, but it was not mandatory when sailing from Cyprus. Later we booked the cruise with Century via email and later discovered that the insurance was compulsory. The member of staff who had stated it wasn't compulsory denied the conversation. Another representative of Century said that it was advisable but that we could enter "dummy" information if we didn't want to take it out. I have kept the email so I can prove that what I have said is accurate. My advice is, if you are dealing with Century, do everything via email, otherwise they can deny what they have said and you have no physical proof. It's bad being given inaccurate information, but for them to suggest putting dummy information on a document is extremely unprofessional.

The people that work for century travel are so helpful. They give you all the information that you need and help you every step of the way.
We asked for a balcony cabin and Sophie our travel expert, help us decide, she gave us great advice.
I had a problem with login to our information and Jill stepped me through the process.

Our whole trip was very well organized before even get at our destination. Katerina, travel agent, was really helpful during all the process, from the very first contact we had until the last days before our trip. From the accommodation to the transfers and the tickets we had very pleasant impressions.

Above all the entire crew made us fell special and welcome very good entertainment, food, service and and the cabin stewards especially could not have been better. The Discovery 11 has just been refurbished and looks good we would say up there with the best of it's size which is about the same as the QM11 which we have also travelled on this compares favourably.
