First class service

Liaised with Scott and managed to get me the exact deal I wanted all confirmed within the day. Comms were fast, personally phoning me and discussing options as somewhat faster than emails when looking for a particular model/offer that are few and far between. Cannot recommend enough, no Issues at all.

Ordered another car from central…

Ordered another car from central vehicle leasing and Scott was fantastic , really made the process smooth and easy. Great service and took the time to help find the right car and the price was the best in the market . Thankyou Scott and look forward to ordering more cars from you in the future !

Car arrived on time and the process was…

Car arrived on time and the process was seemless, however the car arrived dirty and with several issues. No response after nearly a month, seems like they don't care after you've signed the contract.

It's great that you replied to the review, if only you would do the courtesy of replying to my emails.

Yes I did raise it after a week, as I wasn't aware I could report cleanliness when signing for the car, I checked for damage and thankfully there wasn't any. I don't know where it said the car was clean internally and externally but raised it with the driver who said it was stored on a muddy car park. I do have video evidence from the day it was delivered, while the driver was present, if you did want to raise it with the dealer, doesn't seem like you want to make it right.

I raised a couple of issues on the same email, your response was 'I will get in touch with the dealer regarding the android auto to see if they can advise' and to take the car to the vw dealer to diagnose what the issue is in regards to the sensors.

This is my second lease, the first company responded to my emails and helped if there were any issues, so I don't know if my expectations are too high in receiving that courtesy.

Hi Kashif, im sorry you feel this way. However, you raised query on cleanliness 1 week after delivery (car delivered 13th May, issue raised 21st May). you at this point also asked about a couple of other queries, and we directed you to take the to your local dealer to investigate as per standard practice. The delivery note signed by yourself (on date of delivery) states that the vehicle was clean internally and externally.

you advised that you weere not advised that you could leave notes on delivery, but it does state clearly on our delivery confirmation the below:

“It is imperative that you check the vehicle thoroughly and note any damage / concerns on the delivery note as most dealership will not accept any liability after delivery”

we appologise if you feel dismaayed haowever you can see that bringing these issues to attention 1 week after delivery causes great issue, and very little chance for us to raise with the supplier / delivery agent.
