I recommend it 100%; it's a great store with all the candy you need. They pack their orders well, especially for limited-edition primes.

Place an order and recieved only half my order contacted them and was told replacement would be sent out never recieved anything and all messages from this point on were ignored dont use biggest scammers for sweets

1 bottle arrived. Messaged them in August.
They replied to me on the 23rd of August, saying it will be here in 1 week.

It's been 2 weeks and 1 day now. Still nothing.

I feel scammed, I will never use this website again.

They also take forever to reply to anyone.

Ordered a few days ago, fast but expensive shipping, missing an item but still have no response or resolution. Make your own judgement.

I was rather dubious about ordering from this site. However it was one of the few online retailers that had American snacks I was looking for.

After reading some scathing reviews and some decent ones from TikTok 🙄 I thought I would do a small order to see how things go.

My order was placed July 22nd and arrived July 30th. Although I am grateful my goods arrived, (but since I paid my money it SHOULD.) similar to another review posted, it was delivered using Royal Mail 24 - which it obviously wasn't and clearly posted late.

Communication was decent once order was placed like many other places as a confirmation email was sent and then a dispatch email. I did become very apprehensive when my Royal Mail tracking hadn't changed from "we have been advised the sender has dispatched your parcel to Royal Mail" for 5 days with literally no other tracking updates.

All in all the experience was a roller coaster but I am glad to have received everything I ordered.

With any luck customer service must have improved from those that had negative experiences and those of you that are unsure of whether to try - just get 2 items and see how it goes.

I am also not a fan of trust pilot pages where businesses do not claim their site - this is a big 🚩 for me that I somehow missed due to their 4* rating.

Honestly it is worth ordering from this site if all goes well, but because of the stress I will most probably not purchase from here again.

Ordered on TikTok shop and can’t recommend enough !! Got sent out Royal Mail 24h tracked and the bundle I bought was amazing value. Highly recommend

Took them a long time to reply but they offered a full refund, apology and discount and said they are hiring a new team to reply to messages.

Ordered from these multiple times now and never had a problem, always happy to help with any queries. Customer services is second to none! Highly recommend and will continue to order off yourselves

Shocking company who take your money and don't send out items for days and days even though there was a timescale. Asked for item to be cancelled due to this and they still sent it out with no option of return!
Scumbags of sweet shop! Avoid avoid!
