Called Central Drains and got a call back very quickly. The chap that called me back was on his holidays overseas but still had the professionalism to assist, explaining that one of his colleagues would be out within 90 minutes to deal with the issue.
The problem was sorted quickly and professionally, no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

Went on CheckaTrade to send out an appeal. Central Drains got in touch. Came to my aid as soon as the could on the same day. Price was fixed, (which was a plus) my toilet was blocked and within no time was cleared free. Highly recomended and now in my phone book permanently if ever i'm in trouble.

Central Drains – Daniel and Alfie did an excellent job of quickly identifying the “root” of the issue. They accurately located the willow tree root ingress in the clay drainage line using CCTV, then cleared it. They employed a combination of high-speed milling (both cutting and chain methods) along with high-pressure water jetting to clear the line and restore full flow. Thank you for a job well done!

Called regarding a blocked drain and Daniel came out within a couple of hours to assess the problem which he resolved straight away. He explained what he thought caused the problem and how he resolved it. Cleaned and sanitised the area. Very happy with the service and at a competitive price too. I’d definitely recommend Daniel to others and would get in touch again if needed.

From a mid morning phone request to clearing the offending blockage took less than four hours.
Daniel and partner explained what was needed, undertook the work in a clean and efficient way, fully tested their result and cleaned up at the end, leaving the patio as they had found it.
The work was undertaken within the previously agreed fixed price and a full report given of work done and advised work needed to prevent further problems.

Dan is an absolute legend. He came round to assess and deal with a blocked toilet. Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, he dealt with the situation professionally, efficiently and in a very clean manner. And during the whole process he was just an actual gentleman. My experience with Central Drains from initial call to finished job has been A1. Initial call gave assurance they know what they are talking about. Arrived on time, were very informative throughout, came up with solutions to complete the job when came across an unexpected complication. Daniel and Alfie worked hard in awful weather conditions in a timely manor and cleaned up to a high standard after. I would definitely recommend this company for any drainage problems.

I’ve had central drains round twice now. I’ve been really pleased with their professionalism. The 2nd time they had traffic problems but still did everything they could to get there after hours another day.
The employees are very knowledgable and upbeat, taking you through the process ( which is more interesting than you think)

I had some
Major work completed in one of my rental properties in Coventry. A lot of work was needed as the main sewer was getting blocked and waste was backing up into my property and causing the tenants garden to be full of waste. I spoke to Daniel from central drains who I felt was experienced and knowledgable and was able to get this issue resolved. He was polite and easy to get hold of and I was pleased with the end result.

Called Central Drains out when my outside drain was blocked. The man told me that the problem was in the street, and that my neighbours' drains were also blocked. I paid £130.

When I checked with my neighbours they said they had no problem. I called the water company in, and they cleared the problem, which WAS on my property.

Whilst I can appreciate that it may be difficult to always tell where the problem originates, I did call Central Drains to tell them that they'd made a mistake, and was told by the man who attended that next time I have a drains problem I should call him and he'll give me a discount!
