Centerfy AI made it easy to white label my own AI agency. Onboarding was quick and painless. Documentation is solid for growing my own knowledge of the platform.

The product has been great so far and onboarding is smooth. Learning it now but is is very powerful

Lara was a great help, esplained all my questions and made sure I had the email for support so if I had anymore questions I could contact them.

I have been a Centerfy user for almost a year and have had my share of ups and downs, some of them self-inflicted. AI is a new world, so I'm learning as I go. Anytime I have needed help with something, they have always helped me out. Just yesterday, I upgraded my relationship with Centerfy to whitelabel for my Agency. They have earned my trust!

Great experience on onboarding call with Lara, she took her time to really explain a lot of details and answer questions.

John Cabrera was great! Very helpful and courteous. Took the time to explain what was going on and fixed the problems. He deserves 5 stars and is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Before my time with John I would have given a 1-star rating. It took over a week to get my issue resolved. I had to go through several chat sessions even though I requested a zoom mtg at the beginning. Even then, after the chats, it was a week before John had an opening on his calendar.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. After paying for their service, I received little to no tangible value and communication quickly became unprofessional. When I raised legitimate concerns, I had to dispute the charge through my bank, and American Express ultimately refunded me in full after reviewing the situation.

Following that, the company contacted me in a threatening and intimidating manner regarding my honest feedback — which I found entirely inappropriate and unprofessional.

In my opinion, the overall experience reflected poor customer service, lack of transparency, and questionable business practices. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this company to proceed with caution and do thorough research before engaging with them.
