My sister’s septoplasty surgery was performed by Op. Dr. Cemal Hacı, and we are deeply grateful to him.

He is not the first doctor in our family to perform surgery; in fact, we have trusted him before with other family members’ treatment processes, thanks to the success, care, and confidence he has always provided.

As always, beyond his warm, compassionate, and reassuring approach, his professionalism, meticulousness, and clear explanations at every stage gave us great confidence. He is not only a surgeon who performs the operation, but also a physician who informs, reassures, and guides his patients through the process in the most humane way.

I accompanied my friend for their revision surgery after they’d previously had their first procedure done in the UK. Having seen firsthand how much they’d struggled with nasal polyps and ongoing nasal issues, I knew how important it was for them to find the right surgeon this time. Naturally, we were both a bit nervous about going abroad for surgery, and we spent a lot of time researching different clinics before they chose Dr Cemal Haci — and I can honestly say it was the best decision.

From the very beginning, the experience felt reassuring. During the initial consultation, it was clear that Dr Cemal Haci really understood my friend’s situation and what needed to be done. His English was excellent, and even though translators were available, they were barely needed. He explained everything in a way that was detailed yet easy to follow, which made a huge difference in helping both of us feel at ease.

What stood out most to me was the level of care and dedication. Knowing we had travelled from the UK, he made a real effort to ensure my friend felt calm and supported. He made sure we got to the hotel safely, checked in on us regularly, and handled everything so smoothly from start to finish. Overall, from a companion’s perspective, the entire experience was exceptional. I felt my friend was in very safe hands the whole time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Cemal Haci and his team to anyone considering surgery.

What I loved most about this clinic was the personal attention. I never felt rushed or ignored. The doctor truly listened to my expectations. The outcome is subtle, elegant, and suits my face perfectly.

Everything went exactly as planned. No stress, no confusion, just great care and great results.

I had surgery with dr Cemal in August 2021. I came from Poland because I wasnt confident in any of the doctors we have here. After a video consultation we aranged a date and I came to Istanbul. During the final consultation dr Cemal made a photoshop simulation according to my preferences and noticed something I wasnt aware of. More specifficaly the fact that I wanted to keep a little part of my hump. The surgery went well, I had no pain at any stage and the stay in Acibadem hospital was very comfortable and I felt safe during the whole time. My primary wish was to improve my breathing and also make some minor esthetic improvements. The result satisfies me and I recommend dr Cemal for anyone who knows what they want. Doctor listens, is very patient, there is good communication with him, knows all the latest advancements in the rhinoplasty and is affordible. Thank you dr Cemal. I am happy with my result.
