Bought a pair of trainers size 44. When they arrived they appeared to be at least two sizes too small! We have exchanged numerous emails to get a refund now they are asking for my ‘invoice’ & if I can’t find it they will send me a copy………..presumably so I can send it back to them????? DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Very good customer service, when issues came they were quick to resolve it. would recommend.

The coat (longline winter parka - red) is good, pretty much as described on the website. Maybe a bit on the thin side. Judging by the picture I expected the inner padded lining to be a bit thicker. But it does repel water (sprinkled a bit on it to see if it works). So I'm assuming it's windproof as well. As it was packed it wasn't wrinkle-free but this gets slightly better after wearing it and hanging it on a hanger. Also on the right side of the coat is a small print item of the brand. It's not visible in the pictures.

Unfortunately there was no size guide on the website so I bought a size L for my partner who is well-built and normally wears L. It was too small (arms too short and shoulders and chest too restrictive). We are exchanging it now for a 2XL. Customer service was amazing. They sent the size guide with the measurements by email right away and even allowed an address change for the delivery. Very nice and professional customer service!

Awful. Rude response. Wasn’t expecting it to come from china. Still not received my goods. If informed my bank who have thankfully refunded me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE

I’ve ordered the Valmont insulated jacket winter jacket from here. There was a slight delay in delivering but as soon as I enquired I got a quick and very friendly answer explaining the reason for the delay. The coat arrived shortly after and it is of excellent quality and standard.
I did however want a larger size as the 3XL was slightly tight and short in the arms for my comfort. Upon contacting the company again I’ve received excellent customer service and they resolved my issue the same day and have sent the larger size for me.
So the fantastic customer is the main reason behind the 5 Stars as it has been friendly, prompt and reliable leading to a swift and satisfactory resolution. I also like the quality and appearance of the garment.

Bought a wool jacket for my husband. Quality and colour were excellent. Just need to be patient, delivery time was 3 weeks

12 oktober bestelling gedaan. Ineens stonden er 2 producten klaar ter betaling. Betaling via creditcard. Meteen mail gestuurd, dat 1 product geannuleerd moest worden en restitutie moest plaatsvinden. Bevestiging ontvangen. 6 wekenlang dato zit ik nog te wachten op restitutie.
Heel mooie site, maar dat zegt niks. Hier doe ik geen zaken meer mee. Volstrekt onbetrouwbaar.
Creditcard verzocht om geld terug te halen

Nep, clothing is coming from China, it takes long, very bad quality, price TOO high, very difficult to get return information, option is to return the package to China (own expenses).

This is a chinese wholesale website hidden behind a clothing brand site. The clothes they sell do not match the description and come damaged or defected. They do not offer refunds. Avoid.

I ordered an article in early July - Impossible to receive the article because in transit in China then I am told that the article no longer exists - I asked for the refund and I am still waiting since July 08 - Despite several reminder emails - NOTHING
So beware it's a scam

Bought two linen shirts. Nice texture, breathable and holds up surprisingly well after washing

I order shoes, which took 12 days to arrive - this was unexpected - as they were coming from China - this was unexpected. The colour didn’t match the photo shown and was not acceptable to me. I am still trying to get the company to send a prepaid postage label after multiple email exchanges.

De pantalon zit als gegoten en is netjes afgewerkt. Ideaal voor werk én etentjes :)

Ordered a pair of the Monaco Shorts – Riviera Stripe. They were advertised as a “cotton-linen blend” made of “natural fibres” they arrived and they were entirely made of plastic/ viscose. Material is cheap and feels awful. I can’t leave a review under the product on their website.
