I had a service today. Pleasant man, I didn't catch his name. €180 pre paid for 5 to 10 minutes work. It is rather steep.
2 calls from the company to me in the past week, yet this morning the call re time slot went to my son. Why?

My water was cloudy for a while…
My water was cloudy for a while afterwards. Asked technician was it ready to use answer yes. But I had to empty tank twice before it ran clear.

Lack of communication
I never received a delivery date, I emailed 6 days after purchase to see when the salt will be delivered and I didn’t get a response, the next day the delivery turned up, luckily I was at home. Communication with customers is lacking
