The water filter system works really well. Our water is very hard and the Culligan water system does a terrific job to soften the water.
Their back up service is really good and I would definitely recommend them. Also the politeness of the engineer’s who call out is so good to see. Overall a great company to deal with.

Salt delivery used to be by van but…
Salt delivery used to be by van but this time it was by large truck. We have a long gravel driveway and driver said he couldnt bring the 10 bags of salt down the driveway with the pallet truck. I brought my van out and transferred the salt but also had to take the pallet and pallet wrap as the driver said he couldnt take it back. Now we have to try and get rid of the pallet and wrapping.

The only problem I have is I didn't receive an idea of the time the engineer would be calling. Lei it be morning or afternoon.

Leaking inlet valve - poor service
The fitter eventually sorted and repaired the water softner, having to come back a second day. Unfortunately he turned off the mains water inlet valve, which he had to, however it has been leaking since then and needs replacing. Not happy having spent €330 which included replacing tap water filter which we do not use: now I have to get a plumber to replace the inlet valve, costing me at least €200.

Untidy and unclean
The guy made a mess and didn't try and clean up and didn't service the uv light because he said it couldn't be changed even thought it was serviced last year by a different worker and he had no issue,If it can't be serviced I need yous to come and rectify it
