Amazing customer service
I placed an order on this website and I was not really sure, but I checked the trustpilot. it was very good. So I trusted it and placed my order. I ordered the wrong product and so I contacted the customer service and they were very quick with the resolution and they provided the refund there and then and I also was having issues with applying the discount for first time coupon on the different product that I was ordering, so they sent me and already applied discount link which was then shipped quickly. This is so amazing that an Irish business is doing so well. I hope someone will find this review useful and order from them without any fears. Thank you for the customer service for being so kind.

I have to admit I was a little concerned about placing an order with a company I’d never heard of but their customer service responded very quickly and in such a friendly manner when I asked some questions that I decided to take a gamble. With a 10% discount as a new customer, the price of the automatic pet feeder was the best I could find on the internet. Delivery was swift and trackable which was very reassuring and the product arrived in perfect condition. If only every company was such a pleasure to deal with.
