Regarding delivery time: Ordered Monday 7.30pm, dispatched Tuesday 9.30am, Delivered Wednesday 1.45pm. I’m not sure what more we could have done here. :)

Great Experience – Reliable Supplier and Top Support
I ordered 18650 cells, a spot welder, and other battery-building tools from Cell Supply, and everything went smoothly. The items were well-packaged and exactly as described. The cells tested perfectly — consistent voltage and low internal resistance, ideal for my rebuild project.
I had a small issue with the power adapter, but they replied immediately and sent out a replacement with next-day delivery — no fuss, no returns, just great support.
Their customer service is fast and friendly, and the quality of the products is excellent. I’ll definitely order again and recommend them to anyone building or repairing battery packs.

Incorrect advertised battery capacity
I bought 16 x advertised 2800mAH capacity batteries, my charger reports all as being 2000mAH capacity.

Hi Gavin, New cells ship with a 30% SOC. if you just put them in a charger (Xtar etc) that shows capacity added, you will see around 30% less capacity (800mAh). Cells need to be fully discharged to 2.8v then fully charged to see near the expected capacity. Chargers aren’t great at measuring capacity anyway, the datasheet denotes a fixed load. Helpful and knowledgeable guys with the capacity to supply high quality genuine cells from stock at a very reasonable price. Simply isn't worth the risk of using an overseas (US or China) forwarder, just use Cell Supply as they will be cheaper, the quality is guaranteed and the cells will arrive the following day.

Fast delivery and great communication. Ollie is very helpful. One slight criticism is that vat is added onto the prices so the price of the cells isn’t entirely accurate on the website

Thanks for the order, I’m glad you were happy with the products and service received.
Regarding the prices, the majority of our customers are VAT registered businesses, as such, it is commonplace to display EX VAT pricing as this is reclaimed.
All prices have an EX VAT suffix, and the itemised total is provided prior to payment being made.
I’ll investigate as to the possibility of adding a toggle button for displaying the prices EX or Inclusive of VAT.

Cell are quality👌👌,came at storage volts,some cells didnt have welds on them .bought eve 2500s 40 of and samsung 3500s 40 of (recycled new ).i my own makita batterys and save hundereds 👌👌.prices at cell supply beat other sellers by a mile. Will defo be ordering again
