Ordering from CelestaPro is always easy. Well at least this time around. Made the order, pay through Western Union, and with in days I received my order. The delivering carrier was FedEx, which I love. I've never had any problems.

I ordered a batch of products from this company, and it was clearly ineffective. my clients noticed zero results and raised concerns. When I gave the company honest feedback, instead of taking accountability, they immediately turned defensive and began gaslighting me.

The customer service was horrific. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, they shifted blame and offered no resolution. One representative in particular, Yuliya, was dismissive and unhelpful.

This company is only after your money, there is no integrity, no accountability, and absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering from them again. I stand by brands that value their customers. This one does not.

I recieved the products quite fast and Im testing now.
I didnt like the payment, I would apreciate if I could pay by creditcard without another contractor.

I placed an order on May 13, 2024 and wired the funds to their bank, KB Kookmin Bank, account number ending in 6410. My bank, Bank of America, confirmed the wire was completed on May 25, 2024 and the funds were available to Celestapro on May 31, 2024. Though Celestpro, even with the assistance of an confirm receipt audit from Bank of America, has stated the funds were not received. Needless to say, I am not happy loosing $187.35 but there are other sellers with the same products that I never had problem with. I will buy from them.

Dishonest company!!! ads and links on Facebook in Canada, the representative told me that she had a lot of customers in Canada. Finally, all their products are banned in Canada, the merchandise never reached me and no solution from customer service! No refund, no consideration or respect for the customer. The customer is just a number.
