Good option for hosting a party

The scallops and mussels I bought here were washed but they tasted full of sand. The mussels were not plump enough and the price was higher than others. Sorry but I will not buy them again.

Upon receiving your complaint, we promptly investigated the situation with our courier partner, DPD, to understand what may have happened. According to their records, the parcel was delivered to your building's reception, and a picture was taken as evidence of the delivery. This is a standard procedure meant to provide proof of delivery and ensure the security of your items.
We recognize that this does not resolve the fact that you did not receive your parcel. It's concerning to hear that it was not there when you went to collect it, suggesting it may have been mistakenly taken or, unfortunately, stolen. While we strive to ensure that every parcel reaches its rightful owner safely, once a parcel is marked as delivered to the correct address, our direct control over its security diminishes, especially in communal areas or receptions.
That said, we genuinely want to help find a resolution. We encourage you to inquire with your apartment's reception to see if the parcel was set aside or mistakenly handed to someone else. Additionally, checking the CCTV footage could provide clarity on what happened to the parcel after its delivery. If you suspect the parcel was stolen, we recommend filing a report with the local police for further investigation.
